She decided to adjust some plot points in our TTRPG campaign and add some real emotional chaos for my character and HOO BOY SHE’S NOW IN HER VILLAIN ERA. (Finding out her longtime boyfriend works with her scummy mayor father (his father’s political rival) doing shady shit AND finding out HE was the one who caused her surveillance mission to go awry (she ended up in a car trunk but it’s ok she’s fine now) would probably cause anyone to crash tf out tbh.
Figuring out how she responds to this betrayal (like for fucks sake her dad didn’t even like her BF [and her dad didn’t even know he was dating my character] and now they’re WORKING TOGETHER????) is SO FUN. Especially when you consider that she’s an absolute cyber/tech/science/hacking mastermind. She’s only used her talents for public good and to help the team she’s a part of. But this? Yeahhh this betrayal won’t be forgotten. Because as they say:

Hi everyone! I know I’ve been pretty quiet on this account lately and I wanted to apologize. I’ve been in a pretty rough spot mentally since November and things were exacerbated mid-January through now (hint: I’m American 🙃) and that, combined with a busy spell at work, really put me in quite the survival mindset and wiped out most of my inspiration to write. But, slowly but surely, I’m getting my mental health back to a good place. I’ve already had moments recently where I felt inspiration. So I’m hopeful I’ll get back to writing more soon. I’m still over here loving the league characters and lore (especially Heartsteel, hell yeah). I hope you’re all doing ok!
Inspiration: I’m fucking feral at this splash art oh my fucking god. I love formal attire on people. (Oh my god those are thigh high boots on him.) Also damn, Jarro Darkfeather confirmed? Lmaooo. (I cannot think of a title for this my brain is mush I’m so sorry.)
Champion: Ezreal (tying this into my FWB!Ezreal fic general universe because I can. But like it can be read on its own.)

Type: Mostly fluff. A teeny bit of angst to start things off but it gets fluffier. And a little suggestive at the end.

“Ezreal, you what??” Your voice peaked with shock and you gaped at your now sheepish-looking boyfriend.
“Shhhh! Baby! Baby, I promise I was fine. I’m here now, right? Nothing to worry about!” He gestured to himself with his hands to emphasize his point.
You breath left you in a incredulous laugh. “Ezreal Lymere, what do you mean ‘nothing to worry about?’ You were dealing with the fucking Black Rose of Noxus?? You went to a Black Rose Masquerade?! They know about you? They know you’re Jarro Lightfeather?” You couldn’t help as a touch of panic entered your voice.
Ezreal realized he needed to shift things. He gave you a small pout. “Hey…come on…you know me…Are my talents not worth the recognition?”
You hummed and pouted back, but Ezreal could see you relax a little. “You know that’s not what I meant, baby. You do deserve recognition. But the Black Rose…” You stepped closer to him and hugged him tightly. “I know you can take care of yourself. As you said, you’re here now. But Ez, the Black Rose is so dangerous. You heard how easily they were able to infiltrate Piltovan society during Ambessa Medarda’s attempted takeover. And they weren’t even on her side. What do they want with you?”
Ez wrapped his arms around you and kissed your forehead softly, reassuring you he truly was there. “They didn’t say anything specific. So I guess it really was just an introduction to each other. I don’t mean to worry you, Angel, I promise that’s not my goal. They just made their interest in me clear throughout my time in Noxus, and it didn’t seem like the smartest move to ignore them when I got the invite to the Silken Danse. I do know they’re dangerous. That’s why I didn’t want to blow them off.”
You sighed and nodded, resting your head on his shoulder. “I suppose that makes sense. But the Silken Danse,” you murmured. “What an interesting name for a party. Did you at least have fun?” You looked up at him curiously.
Ez grinned down at you. “We thought the Piltovan society parties were stuffy…oh man you havn’t seen anything like a Noxian masquerade.”
“So is that a no?” You giggled.
“Well I for sure would have enjoyed it more if you were there. You make any event a million more times fun and enjoyable.” His grin morphed into a playful smirk.
You gently pushed his chest and laughed. “You’re such a charmer, oh Prodigal explorer. Now answer my question.”
“It was…interesting, I’ll give it that. Thank fuck for the cotillion lessons we had as kids. The dance floor in Noxus is just as much of a battlefield as a gladiator arena. Knowing how to navigate around society types at least allowed for some interesting people watching.” His voice grew thoughtful as he mused.
“Anyone I’d know? Wait that might be a silly question considering it was a masquerade.”
Ezreal chuckled. “Actually there was a familiar face. You know of Renata Glasc, yes?”
You stared at him with wide eyes. “Miss Glasc was there? Oh that’s interesting…and a little alarming but…I suppose it’s fine.”
He nodded. “Those were my thoughts as well.”
“Any interesting dance partners?” You can’t help as a little tiny twinge of jealousy slipped into your tone.
He immediately shook his head and pecked your lips softly. “Nope. None of them were you.” His voice and expression were sincere.
Your cheeks blushed the slightest pink as you grinned. “Good answer, Lymere.” You said, making his smirk return to his face.
“Thank fuck I wore reinforced shoes though, otherwise my feet would have been in a lot of pain. Turns out Noxians are very hit-or-miss when it comes to dancing abilities.” He let out on a chuckle.
“Oh really? Are you sure it was them and not you?” You gently teased, even though you knew from personal experience that Ez was a surprisingly divine dancer.
You continued. “Speaking of your shoes, what else did you wear? Will you describe it for me?” You loved when Ezreal wore more formal attire, and he definitely knew this.
One of his eyebrows arched. “Now how did I know you’d ask that? I can actually do you better than just telling you. I brought the entire outfit home with me, mask included. Would you like to see it?”
You can’t help but let out a happy little gasp. “Wait really? Of course I would!”
You helped Ezreal unpack the clothes, admiring them. “Oh wow…I’ve seen you in formal wear, but never something this…intricate! The vest especially is beautiful.” You picked up the gold mask and held it up to his face. “Oh! It seems like this wouldn’t work with your hair in front, Ez. Did you push your bangs back?”
He nodded and pecked your lips quickly. “I did. Give me a second in the bathroom while I change, and I can also show you how that worked. You’ll have to tell me what you think.”
You waited on his bed as he went into the bathroom to change. After what felt like a half hour, (but was really only 10 minutes) he walked out of the bathroom. “So? What do you think?”
You could only blink at him with wide eyes and pink cheeks, rendered speechless as you take in the site of your usually handsome boyfriend looking downright dashing in this new outfit.
It was tailored to perfection on him. While Ezreal wasn’t buff, he was certainly in shape, and this outfit showed that off. The coloring on the outfit also fit his coloring very well. The gold mask covering the top half of his face was striking. And his hair! His normally slightly messy hair was brushed up and neatly slicked back away from his forehead. You felt your heart flutter and race as you studied him, and you took a deep breath to try and steady yourself.
Your reaction brought a smirk to his lips as he slowly walked closer to you. “Well well…normally I have to work a lot harder to render you speechless.” His smirk widened as his words flustered you further and you let out a soft squeak.
Ezreal stopped directly in front of you and gave a practiced bow. “Now, may I please have this dance?”
Despite your brain currently short-circuiting, you managed to whisper, “Y-yes…fuck yes,” in response, taking his hand and allowing him to pull you to your feet.
Once you were on your feet, you seemed to snap back to reality. Almost without thinking, you gripped the collar of his jacket and eagerly kissed him, the gold of his mask surprisingly warm against your face as it absorbed his body heat.
Ezreal chuckled softly once you pulled back for air, beginning to sway with you. “So your reaction tells me I should wear this again. Is that correct?”
You allowed him to lead you, grinning widely and smoothing out his collar. You ran your hands down his chest to feel the luxurious material of the vest beneath your fingertips. “I certainly have no qualms if you break this outfit, or any elements of this outfit, out the next time we’re required to get a little fancy. I should commission an outfit to match.”
Ezreal pecked the tip of your nose softly. “Two steps ahead of you. It’s already paid for, you just need to go get measured and tell the tailors what you want.”
You laughed. “I should have known. I’m sure you knew exactly what my reaction to this outfit would be, hrm?”
Ez smirked and kissed your neck softly, causing you to gently shiver in his arms. “I had an idea. But now I have an even better idea.”
Your voice became breathier as he continued to nibble along your jaw. “Oh? And what might that be?”
Ezreal’s voice was like silk as he whispered in your ear. “Now I want to see your reaction as I take it off~…”

Forgive me while I go a little feral for a second but…
(Ok so like I know Ezreal doesn’t need a new skin already, he has so many fucking skins but as someone who has Ezreal as one of their ADC mains:) AHHHHHHHH WE GET A BLACK ROSE EZREAL SKIN?!?!?! GRNXOFHEJSNDKRBDUCKSBD FUCK YEAH!!! (Also to the art team involved in this splash art, oh my god I love you, INCREDIBLE WORK. LOOK AT HIM.) For anyone saying, “now why does EZREAL get a Black Rose skin???” It’s canon the Black Rose stalks Ez whenever he’s in Noxus. They are well aware of his talents. (Side note: I do think it’s utter bs that Cassiopeia, a canonical member of the Black Rose, or LeBlanc, ITS FOUNDER, don’t get skins in this line (at least yet) but I will GLADLY take the Black Rose Ezreal and Renata skins omgggg.)
And another thing:
Ok, is the Exalted skin tier absolute Gacha bullshit? Yes. Yes it is. So of course I won’t be going for this Radiant Serpent Sett skin even though it looks COOL and I really enjoy playing Sett. ($250 is fucking INSANITY and I feel like Spirit Blossom, which is far cheaper, is a better skin overall, and I have that.) BUT I CAN APPRECIATE THE SPLASH ART. This is such beautiful work! He looks INCREDIBLE (🥵😅). BUT my favorite part of this entire splash art HAS to be MA!!!!!! LOOK AT MA!!!!! Her outfit is so pretty and elegant. And maybe it’s just me but she looks so happy and proud of Sett omg. And the way Sett is helping her down the steps. He’s such a mama’s boy and a gentleman you can tell through the art how damn proud he feels to be able to provide Ma such lovely things. It’s a shame the skin this beautiful art goes to is so overpriced.
A (Supposedly) Secret Relationship with Runeterra!Kayn
Inspiration: Ooooof base Kayn has me a little fucked up rn. I think I might want to do some stories in the future so I want to set up some background info through a headcanon, similar to what I did with the FWB!Ez AU.

Note: Hehe I had fun with this one. I got to explore some LOR lore, which I hadn’t gotten into before. I am taking some liberties with it, however, like Priestess Ysdra not being the one to have the visions of the Darkin weapons. I’ll use “Yanléi,” “Order of Shadows,” and “Shadow Order” interchangeably. They refer to the same organization. ALSO. Like let’s be so for real the Order of Shadows isn’t exactly…good. They are not the heroes.
Everyone in the Shadow Order knows who Shieda Kayn is. How could they not? Master Zed’s protégé, the next in line to lead the Order, the infamous “Shadow Reaper,” his accolades in relation to the Yanléi go on and on. There’s always so much attention on him.
Which makes it even funnier that nearly the entire order hasn’t figured out its rising star is in a secret relationship with a different one of its members and has been for like two years now.
That member being you.
Then again you’re not a member who is typically in the constant spotlight of the order. Quite the opposite, in fact.
You are another acolyte, like Kayn, and the apprentice of Mistress Shi, the Shadowseer of the Yanléi. Unlike most of the Order of Shadows, who use their shadow magic to assist in combat, you and her primarily use your abilities for experiencing and understanding prophetic visions related to the Order.
So not only do your day-to-day tasks keep you away from most members of the order, but you’re also supposed to keep quiet unless discussing things with Mistress Shi, Master Zed, and, as of about a year ago (when Zed officially decided who would be the next master of the Yanléi), Kayn. (Though you’d been talking to him quite a bit before this point but we’ll get into that in a second.)
But going back a bit, your first introduction to the famed shadow reaper was quite an interesting one.
Despite your primary tasks within the order, you still are trained to fight, and you fight extremely well. After all, Master Zed believes very member of the Order must be able to defend themselves.
So one afternoon, not too long after you joined the order, Kayn was looking for a sparring partner. A tall task as not many people want to go up against him, even just sparring.
So Zed, who noticed him, motioned you over to where Kayn is, introducing you and suggesting he spar with you.
Kayn had already snap judged your abilities once he heard your future role in the order, and he was not-so-subtly complaining to Zed about pairing him with you. (A/N: Now listen I love Kayn but he can be quite arrogant.)
His complaints were quickly cut short though as you reached over, yanked him closer, then flipped him over your shoulder and slammed him onto the floor of the training room, looking at him with a raised eyebrow as if to say, “You were saying, asshole?”
Zed just watched this go down with a chuckle.
(Needless to say much later on in your relationship Kayn would realize that moment was the moment he fell head over heels for you [pun fully intended].)
You quickly became his favorite sparring partner. Despite your focus on training your shadow magic to see visions, you had an excellent mastery of many different types of weapons and fighting styles and you never took it easy on him.
But you were always so….quiet. You never even had reactions of pain when he managed to land a hit on you while sparring.
Because of this, it didn’t take long for Kayn’s curiosity in you to grow.
So he tried to get you to talk to him. He just couldn’t help it. As he got to know you he desperately wanted to hear what your voice sounded like, building all sorts of scenarios in his brain. But you’d only respond with non-verbal communication, or you’d write down notes and give them to him.
Eventually, through sparring and being a menace (affectionate), Kayn managed to wear your resolve down enough to where you pulled him to an empty room in the temple and murmured a soft threat to him about shoving his training sword down his throat if he didn’t stop trying to get you to talk
But like…honestly the way his face lit up and the soft hint of earnest excitement in his voice as he smirked and whispered, “So that’s what you sound like…now I finally know….”
(He activated his trap card and you walked right into it.)
That crumbled your resolve completely. And you began talking to him regularly, though you had to find excuses to get you two in a position where no one would suspect you were talking. (You two were suddenly able to land quite a few more hits on each other in training. And you both suddenly seemed to get a few more minor injuries that the other would have to take a closer look at, you know, since he/you caused them. It was only right.)
You two were quite proud of yourselves, thinking you were able to get away with it all.
(Btw Zed and Mistress Shi absolutely knew what was happening. They just didn’t stop it because tbh they were extremely curious where this thing between the two of you would go. And besides, your future roles within the order would lead to you two talking anyway so whatever.)
This “thing” slowly turned into something more as you eventually opened up to each other and got to know each other beyond sparring partners.
You became friends, and then eventually, even more.
(Oh and your first kiss with Kayn came when you were hovering over him after flipping him over your shoulder. He reached up, gently pulled you down, and just kissed you. And he was thrilled when you kissed him back. One of the very few moments in Shieda Kayn’s life where he’s ever been….giddy.)
So how is it having the shadow reaper as your partner? Well…
You bring out the soft side in him, and to be honest, that really freaked him out at first.
He’s had to be a tough guy all his life, so to feel soft affection for someone was a whole new experience for him. But eventually he realized it was a good thing, having someone who loved him for himself, having someone to be vulnerable with, having someone he can laugh or cry freely around.
Kayn is surprisingly clingy. Which makes keeping things “secret” a bit difficult at times. (You’re definitely trying harder than he is.)
You’ve had to hiss at him to stop giving you bedroom eyes in public while you patch him up from sparring. Or gently swat his hand away when he instinctively tries to take yours when you’re walking together in the temple during the day.
Occasionally you and Kayn travel together outside the temple to enjoy the nature surrounding it (under the guise of “using the nature of Ionia to better connect with the shadow visions.” And “If (Y/N) is going to do that, then it’s only right for me to go with. I can defend them the best from an ambush”).
Mhmmm yup totally not an excuse to go find more time during the day to cuddle under a tree, be very openly affectionate, and talk normally to each other. Nope totally not that at all, why would you even think such a preposterous thing? 😉
Kayn is protective of you. Spirit of Ionia help any acolyte who accidentally hurts you while sparring. You’ve had to talk him down from the warpath a couple times. (“Kayn, it was just an accident. You’ve landed far worse hits on me when we spar and I’ve been fine.” Or “There’s no need to threaten him, baby…besides, he looked worse by the time I was done with him!”)
He denies it when you try and tease him, but you swear you see him pout when he has to spar with a different person because you’re already paired up with someone.
Not that he has anything to worry about, and he knows that. He just doesn’t think any of the other acolytes are worth your skills. You’re way too talented to fight them.
He’s very serious about protecting you during a vision, too. During your visions, you essentially lose consciousness. The first time you had a vision around Kayn, you two were sparring when suddenly you just collapsed (thankfully against him so he could catch you). Seeing you unconscious with the black tattoos on your arms writhing like snakes, giving off black, shadowy smoke admittedly rattled him pretty severely.
(And that vision? Well that vision was of the Darkin weapons. Including the location in Noxus of the Darkin scythe containing Rhaast.)
That incident was one of the first full visions you had. So you weren’t sure what to expect at the time, but since then you’ve learned the signs of an oncoming vision, as well as how to better control them. As soon as you tell Kayn it feels like one is coming, he takes you somewhere safe and is basically your loyal guard dog.
And once you come to he’s always waiting with water and a little snack for you. (How sweet.)
Lots of small stolen moments and stolen kisses throughout the day. (This man loves to kiss you oh my goodness. He wants to kiss you as much as physically possible.)
At night, when Kayn is not on a mission, you’ll be getting ready for bed and he’ll just come through the wall of your room using his shadow magic and happily spend the night chatting and such with you. (He’s primarily the small spoon btw, though if you need him to be the big spoon now and then, just ask.)
Will not leave your room the next morning until you give him a “have a good day” kiss. He claims it has become his good luck charm for the day.
He’s so dramatic about it too lol. Kayn will wait for his kiss by the door, and once you come over and he kisses you breathless, he just chuckles and slips away in a cloud of shadowy smoke, going through the closed door to go back to his room. (He is a TEASE omg.)
One of the surprisingly sweet things Kayn does is bring you a flower/flowers whenever he can, especially when he’s coming home from a mission. He loves how flowers make you smile.
Oh and Kayn LOVES when you play with his hair. When he’s had a really tough day, he’ll bring his hair brush along with him when he comes to your room, just quietly holding it out to you. As soon as you take it and sit him down on your bed so you can work behind him, he already starts to visibly relax.

He’s actually not afraid to say he loves you. It took him a while to first say it, but once Kayn saw how happy you were to hear him say it, he gladly started saying it as much as he wanted to. (Please tell him you love him back though or he will pout.)
Kayn is also your number one cheerleader, always telling you he’s proud of you and even thanking you for what you do to help the Order.
And because he believes in you, he’ll push you to be better (in a good way). This is especially true when it comes to fighting, which is his specialty.
But regardless, you get to go through your days knowing you have the full love and support of the next Yanléi master behind you. (Not to mention you physically have him next to you as you fall asleep at night.) Aren’t you lucky!

How Heartsteel would comfort an upset/frustrated reader
Inspiration: So I know I said I’d work on requests generally in the order they’re sent, but I was literally in the process of doing basically this as a non-requested WiP. Because lately life has been TRYING. ME. 🙃 (I will neither confirm nor deny having multiple stress cries in my car the past week.) So even though this is my newest request, since I was already working on something like this, I might as well combine the two. I think I’ll just keep this to them comforting the reader, but I like the idea of doing a separate one where reader comforts the Heartsteel members. Also listen, I absolutely love me a good comfort moment. I melt.
Genre: Headcanon (with some fake texts??? Trying something a little new here.)
Type: A bit angsty just because you’re upset, but fluff because comfort.
Gender: Gender Neutral Reader!
TW: General hurt/comfort. Mentions of a no good very bad day/week for reader. Swearing.
Aphelios
I think Aphelios would actually do comfort pretty damn well. He’s also used to being stressed and tired and upset about things (because let’s be real he works so hard. Too hard sometimes) so he’d be great to turn to.
One thing I think Phel would do, if you do visit him in his studio, is play music to distract your mind a bit from whatever has you so upset. Now this might be through a file he’s already recorded on his computer and sent to Yone to be mixed. However, he also just has a shit ton of different instruments in his work space.
So pick one for him to play and he’s happy to do so. You get like a mini concert from an instrumental prodigy! Or even better, pick one that you want to try! He’s happy to teach you some basics on how to play it.
And it doesn’t matter how badly you might sound as you attempt to play an instrument for the first time, Phel’s nodding and clapping as if you just finished giving an incredible performance. Every time. Because he supports you. (Though he will use some very very light teasing occasionally, but he’s joking.)
And he’d definitely order some food in and cuddle or nap with you on his studio couch (which is so mind-blowingly comfortable for some reason). And once you are eating and settled together and in a better mood, then he’d ask if you want to talk about things.
And you don’t have to. He’s happy to continue to keep your mind on happier things. Phel also has a couple gaming consoles hooked up to a tv that you can play with him/watch him play. But he’s also happy to just let you talk and get everything off your chest. (He’s just so supportive oh my god.)
Ezreal
(I enjoyed getting to break out a little millennial/Gen-Z slang here lmao.)
If Ezreal has one goal in your relationship, it’s to try and make you smile as much as possible. He hates seeing you upset or frustrated about something. And he will do anything to help get the smile he adores back on your face.
So when you do come to him upset about something, his internal alarm is just going bonkers. DEFCON 1 level shit. 🚨🚨🚨
If you want comfort? Ezreal’s going to give it to you. He already loves cuddling you so you can have all the therapeutic cuddles your heart desires with him (god bless his love language of physical touch). And he’s more than happy to play with your hair or do whatever actions help you relax the most.
You wouldn’t even have to ask him, he’d already have your favorite comfort food ordered and he’d go pick it up (or have it delivered). He fully know your order by heart.
Builds the BEST pillow forts to unwind in. Truly an expert. Ezreal even decorates it a little bit with some of your favorite comfort things. And as his texts said, pick anything you want to watch. Whether that is a movie, show, gaming streamer, him gaming, it DOES. NOT. MATTER. It’s all up to you. Also if you want him to sing to you he absolutely will, no question. (Can you imagine? HEAVEN!)
He’d let you take the lead on whether or not you want to tell him what has you so upset. He knows stewing in your emotions isn’t always productive, but sometimes talking about things when they’re so fresh in your mind can make the feelings more intense. And while he’s not the go-to guy for advice, he’s an excellent listener. As long as he can play with your hands or hair or something, he’s fully tuned in, letting you get everything off your chest.
He’s such a great example of golden retriever boyfriend, and if golden retrievers are good at anything, it’s comfort and making people happy. So don’t you worry, Ez will have you smiling again in no time.
Kayn
So when it comes to Kayn, comfort is very interesting to think about. Definitely feel like he approaches comfort differently from, say, Ezreal, but he has his own special ways of supporting you and helping you reach a better mindset.
If he can tell you’re frustrated or angry or the type of upset that requires a little bit of rage release, he’s fully on board to go to a rage room with you so you can get out everything you’re feeling in a controlled and safe environment.
And you absolutely know Kayn’s cheering you on the entire time. “FUCK yeah baby! Show that wine bottle who’s boss!” Or “That’s it, Sexy. Work has been driving you nuts right? Take it out on this shitty copier. Fuck it up!” Or *softball pitches a vase to you while you’re standing at-bat*
He’s fully supportive. And if expressing your feelings requires more of an artistic approach, that works for him too. He has a small room that has been turned into an art studio where he goes to practice his graffiti (in a way that’s legal) and he would gladly let you use it. Or he’ll let you play with his guitars if you want. (You’re one of the VERY FEW who can. You, Phel, and Yone.)
And if you just need to talk out your feelings, Kayn’s going to be there to listen, only interjecting if he has questions or if he’s commenting something supportive. “Of course you’re upset, baby. That’s bullshit and would piss me off too!”
And his love language (giving) is physical touch. So if you just want him to hold you while you cry, he can do that. And physical touch doesn’t just mean holding you. Like his hands would just be gently wandering. Nothing suggestive necessarily, but just reassuring. Like rubbing your back or your arms. Playing with your hair. Stuff like that.
It absolutely breaks Kayn’s heart to see you cry. He will do anything to keep you from crying/make you feel better when you are upset. (Again 🤫🤫🤫🤫 don’t tell anyone but he’s a huge softie for you!)
K’Sante
As mentioned in previous headcanons K’Sante gives off the vibes of someone who is just amazing to talk to. And that absolutely applies when it comes to helping you feel better when you’re upset.
Just an absolutely incredible listener. Vent as much as you want to him. He’ll listen to every single word you say. And when I say listen, I mean fully tuned in. You have his undivided attention. (How could he give his partner any less??? He couldn’t, is the answer.)
And if you ask K’Sante for advice? He’s offering you sincere and thought out advice. He truly wants to help you, always.
Now beyond talking, he can also make a mean meal in the kitchen (even if Sett is the official best cook). So you’re going to enjoy some really excellent food. Either your favorite or one of his favorite comfort foods. And that’s never a bad thing.
You’re also receiving some prime cuddles. Have you seen K’Sante??? He loves holding you. And leaning against that broad chest while his arms wrap around you seems like a great way to feel better.
Oh and even better? He will absolutely sing for you if you ask. (Which bestie…how could you not??) His voice is so lovely too. And he will sing any song you want him to. (Though he definitely already knows your favorites that he can pull out if you don’t feel like picking anything/making decisions.)
K’Sante is just someone who would be amazing at comforting you. He’ll go the extra mile in helping you feel better and making sure you know he’s always got your back.
Sett
Sett would be phenomenal at comforting you when you’re upset. He loves to see you smile and will do anything to help bring a smile back to your beautiful face. (Remember his love language is acts of service).
He’d make your favorite comfort food. And hell even that would go a long way in helping you. He cooks with so much love.
And the CUDDLES. Oh my god cuddles with Sett would be 😩👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻. He’s so soft with the people he loves. And he loves YOU.
He’d pull you into his lap, wrap those lovely arms around you, and let you get comfy. And only when he can hear your breathing level out and feel you relax in his arms would he ask about what has you so upset.
And as you’re talking Sett would give you the gentlest little forehead/to-of-the-head kisses and rub your back and stuff. And he’d be such an excellent listener. He’d let you unburden yourself first before talking. He’d also ask if you just want comfort or if you want his advice. He realizes sometimes we all just need someone to listen while we vent and we don’t necessarily need people to give advice. And he respects what you want.
And if you’re ever angry/frustrated-upset, he’d offer to grab his boxing training pads and let you safely hit out your anger. He knows how cathartic that can be. And if you take him up on that, he’s cheering you on the whole way. (Such a hype man.)
And after dinner, he’d give you a couple options. Bath? Massage? More cuddles? Whatever you want, you get. Sett will take care of everything.
Yone
(A/N: The amount of time I spent trying to come up with a better contact name for him…but he’s just so 🥰.)
Yone would be EXCELLENT to turn to when you’re upset. There’s no one who understands work stress more than him (if that’s the problem), and he has all the tools to help you feel better, whatever the issue is.
One of the things Yone is best at is calming you down. Something about his vibe is just very grounding, which is super important when your emotions are running high.
He is absolutely someone who meditates regularly/uses incense and such. (He would have killed his band members by now if he didn’t.) So when you either come to him or call him and he can tell you’re upset/frustrated, I think he’d first do some breathing exercises with you to help settle you down and help you get your emotions back to a more manageable place.
If you’re with him in person, he’d light some of your favorite incense that he always has stocked for you and pull you down to sit in his lap so he can hold you. Because he knows you feel better when he does.
Once Yone can tell you’re in a much calmer state of mind, only then would he ask if you want to talk about things. And he’s truly leaving that up to you.
And once you’ve cuddled for a little bit, and finished talking if you do end up telling him, then he’ll definitely just keep you on his lap and work with you there. He knows you love watching him work on music. He’ll pass you your own set of headphones that he has plugged into a splitter, so you can hear what he’s doing. He’ll even ask for your input. (Nothing too technical unless you have a musical background, but more so “Which of these sounds better, my love?” Or “What do you think, baby? Instrumentals too busy?”) He also gives you the occasional forehead kiss while he works, and those are the BEST.
Yone just gives off such a peaceful vibe (when he’s not stressed by his band members), and that sort of energy is perfect to be around when you’re upset and you need comfort.
