→ Luhan always notices him. It's almost as if he's drawn to him, the man who always sits in different places, the one who's writing if he's not staring off into the distance with the end of his pen between his teeth. Of course, it's not on purpose that he runs into him nearly everywhere he goes, more of a coincidence. But still, he's caught him everywhere from his favorite coffee shop to the park and even at a cute little bookstore that Luhan frequents. And honestly,it bugs him. Not in the fact that he always seems to be around and over all mysterious, but the fact that Luhan had no idea who he is and he's always around.
But his logic, Luhan thinks his logic is impeccable, is that they must have one or two things in common, at least a love for coffee in books, and he doesn't understand why neither has approached the other. Maybe today he would decide to take a seat across from him and launch into a conversation, after all it seemed like the day to do things. He just felt like he was ready to do everything, take care of all his work and then some, a productive day. So, with a decided nod, the icy wind tussling his hair as he entered the shop, Luhan told himself today he would make a friend, or enemy, or at least he would stop being a stranger.

"Good choice." He commented idly as he gave the order of 2 glasses of rum to the bartender. "An esteemed captain?" Seunghyun’s smile grew as he held up his glass to the curious man next to him. "A drink then, to you: 5 minutes and you’re the most interesting man I’ve had the pleasure to come across." He took a deep drink, licking his lips of the alcohol before thinking over the mans words. "Although it doesn’t sound like you’ve had a good time so far. Where d’you come from?"
"Really, well I'll take that compliment and drink to your good taste then Sir." He grinned, finishing his rum in one shot and then making a face, sighing happily. "Never drank rum this way before, don't they got bottles or something? Huh..." It was more of a mumble but he grinned at his new drinking buddy and chuckles. "Never got it easy. Don't remember where I'm from exactly, always been on the waves and such. Still. This time I came from Tortuga. Took a wrong turn way back when, was aiming for the New World - America - you heard of it? Says there's supposed to be no law yet and lots of riches." His grin remained as he asked for another drink, assuming his new friend was paying.
/lmfao you're so thirsty I love it.
thirsty as hell.
"Can I buy you a drink?" He tilts his head, soft smile playing at his lips.
Ah drink. That was music to the young captain's ears as he slid up the bar (it was weird and not quite like the taverns he was used to) and slotted himself in beside the taller male. "A rum, if you please." He leaned close, smiling with all his teeth. "New to these parts, nice to meet someone who knows how to treat a captain with respect." He sighs, as though he's had it rough these past few days (which in defence he believes he completely has and thinks this is the worst place he has stopped off at yet).
