GET OFF TUMBLR AND GO WRITE THAT NANO NOVEL YOU CAN DO IT I'M PROUD OF YOU
Your name is not really Max?
Yes, and… no
My first name is ‘Max’, but (spoilers) my last name is not actually ‘Kirin’
Let’s just say that… I have been burdened with a having not one but two mildly-unflattering last names (both of which I am forced to use on legal papers because the US is a mega-troll).
Welcome To Night Vale (Part One Of A Possible Many)
The clouds dip low on the wavering dunes,
Glow.
Glow with all the spectrums of human perception.
Oh god run, run, what such tempest is this?
Such destruction, such disturbances,
Be cautious of the,
Rain.
All hail the glow cloud.
Such absurdities as the dog park,
Are not to be discussed,
From whence have we all come,
Into this lightless valley of existence?
Certainly not the dog park.
Which is not in essence alongside us.
It is not a towering blockade of obsidian walls,
The gates have not absorbed us,
There is no dog park.
Where do those wing sweep,
Across out faltering desert,
All seeing eyes which appear, an illusion,
Such lies such lies, do not believe their caustic words,
No, none such beings grace our earth,
These angelic spectators,
Are nothing more than the whim of your broken mind.
If you wish to find these, hallucinations,
Simply follow those ever present lights,
Above the Arby’s.
Oh lovely onyx hair of my dear, dear Carlos,
Why. Why. Devoid. Lost hair hear my chanting.
RETURN.
Desert Bluffs, we send our curses to you,
Damn you, Desert Bluffs, and your falsities.
Casual devouring of souls, Desert Bluffs,
Damn you.
Rule 1: Post the rules Rule 2: answer the questions the tagger set for you Rule 3: make up 5 new questions Rule 4: tag 10 people and link them to your post (hahah I only tagged 6) Rule 5: let them know you tagged them
1. Do you like your birthday?
I do! :) It's in the spring, which is a lovely time because all the flowers are blooming and the sky is so beautiful and the rain is music as it slides down my windowpanes.
2. What’s your opinion on astrology?
I think it's a really cool concept and I love reading about it, but I'm not sure I believe it. It's fun to think about though.
3. Worst book you ever read?
A Light in the Forest. What the hell. That book was really weird and boring.
4. Best book you ever read?
I mean, I'm pretty sure everyone knows Frankenstein is my favorite book by now. The amount of times I've brought it up is amazing considering nobody ever asks... or cares.
5. What’s something you like to do that no one would expect?
I actually really like organizing things, putting books in order, organizing ceramic figurines, stuff like that. But I'm usually too busy being oblivious to the physical world to do any of it... so I don't think anyone really knows.
My questions:
1. What was your favorite childhood book?
2. What's your favorite genre?
3. Which fictional character would you like to have in the real world?
4. What do you like most about yourself?
5. What's your favorite time of day?
And I tag: theonewithperfecthair, writerightmeow, chaotic-neutrality, elizabeth3020, wholockiansintothetardis, and wordsmithatwork.
"Another Love" by Tom Odell. You're already following me, I just really wanted to suggest that song because it's my current music obsession lol.
I seriously loved this song. Thank you so much. Psst! You’re one of my favorite bloggers.
