happy STS!! is there a specific process by which you incorporate themes into your wips? may I hear about it if so?
You too! <3
Huh, I'm not sure I do have one? Mostly because I don't choose themes before I start writing, to be completely honest. I usually come up with an idea and when it's developed enough to start writing, then I might recognise what themes I put into it. I struggle with being conscious of some stuff while writing, because most of the things I do, I do it instinctively and when I look back at it while editing I realize what I actually did there lol.
It's a very interesting question tho! Do you have a specific process for this? <3
idk if it’s just me but do you fellow jojo bloggers out there (whether it be writing or art etc) just get really happy when you see people like your posts like in a row or reblog them in a row?
like it makes me really happy, knowing that people enjoy my content so much that they go to my blog for more 🥺🥺
I recently started a fanfic with Violet Sabrewing, and I absolutely love her. Her dialogue is just so much fun to write. It’s so sophisticated and articulate, makes me wish I spoke like that on a daily basis. Can’t wait to see more of her soon!
it’s been so long since i’ve written,, like an actual story. it’s been,, years and i completely forgot how??? i forgot how and when to describe things that isn’t wordy and flows with the writing. dialogue is chunky and sounds weird because i don’t know how put other words besides said after it and it’s just really sloppy and messy. i know the ideas are good because give myself really high standards that hard to reach and sometimes the ideas reach it but the writing never does??? idk maybe i’m just rusty and need get back into or i’m just hard on myself. probs both??? i have fanfics and original works i’m probs never going publish because i don’t think the writing is good enough and i’m pretty bummed about it :/
Hiya Timea! What have you been working on?
Heyo, Athena!! <3
I'm working on one of the prompts I got in an ask. It's gonna be a scene of a turning point for one of the characters, so I need a little bit of push to start it. But, I'm very excited about it. It's gonna be also the first one when I try myself out in a truly lovecraftian horror piece hehe.
What are you working on? How's writing going?
this is just me being soft, but, nothing feels more satisfying than when a writer you admire and look up too drops you a follow
