bits of pie and cream bits of chicken and peas bits of tomatoes and beets  potatoes  baked and sweet  Her skin gently crusted with salted crumbs Your taste scented from that sip of whisky  beneath her you anguishly cry

Lemonade

Mix me in honey deep into the boiling pot but not until the cut opened into to halfs spread apart on the marble top you grip upon my outer skin tight enough to feel a pulse pour out what is in and leave me dry
