Orinoko McGee here...Hello!
So here's the thing, is Eleventh Doctor/Jack Harkness a thing or is it just non cannon, cause i think it's very cannon (as i explained in my previous post about why the doctor loves jack).
If you want i could just write loads and loads of Jacktor fics to get you into the pairing. :D
Here's something I made earlier:

Eleven: Gallifrey isn’t gone you know.
Jack: That’s good then.
*The doctor looks up from the window to gaze at Jack*
Jack: Now you can go back to your own people, have a normal life, forget.
Eleven: Forget what?
Jack: Forget Me. Forget Martha and Donna and Rose, all the people you’ve ever saved. You’ll forget every one of us in the blink of an eye like we never existed. It’s not like you haven’t done it before.
Eleven: Is that what you think Captain, is that what you think I would do? Well you’re wrong. That’s not in my nature.
Jack: You’re the doctor. You forgot about me, left me on that game station, left me to rot while you ran off. I felt like nobody loved me, like I was nothing. But I forgave you because you’re the doctor. You changed me for the better.
Eleven: Well, it’s better than being a con man all your life.
Jack: Don’t you miss it, your home?
Eleven: Oh cause I do, how could I not.
Jack: Then go.
Eleven: Do you want me to leave? Is that what you really want me to do? Without even saying goodbye?
Jack: No.
Eleven: Then why are you pushing me away.
