Chase your dreams 🔮
I write because it’s the purest way I know to make sense of the chaos inside me. Words have a way of untangling emotions that feel too heavy to carry in silence. They give shape to the thoughts I can’t speak aloud, turning pain, joy, and everything in between into something tangible.
I write because it’s my refuge, my escape, and my truth. When the world feels overwhelming, the page listens without judgment. It doesn’t demand explanations or answers—it simply lets me be.
I write because it’s the only way I know to preserve the fleeting moments of life—the beauty, the heartbreak, the lessons, and the dreams. Writing captures the pieces of me that I’m afraid will be forgotten, leaving a part of my soul behind in every sentence.
I write because it heals me. It reminds me that even in my most vulnerable moments, I can create something meaningful. Writing helps me find clarity when my mind is clouded, courage when I feel small, and hope when everything feels lost.
Most of all, I write because I have to. It’s not a choice—it’s a need. Writing connects me to who I am and who I’m becoming, and through it, I discover parts of myself I never knew existed.

It was the smell of blood that roused her from her slumber, but it stirred no hunger within her. It was only that the scent was so strong, and that it belonged to a mortal, that made her hoist herself up from the place where she was sunning herself. Humans weren’t a common annoyance in her life aside from the odd hiker. There was a road, long and winding and thin as a razor’s edge, but it was scarcely traveled; time and hard weather had practically turned the pavement to gravel over the years. No one actually lived this far out into the mountains, no one but her, and she didn’t think she counted on account of the fact that she spent her most days as a giant reptile sprawled over her favorite basking rock.
Best to ignore it. She thought, even as she began to lumber forward and sniff the air experimentally. Along with the scent of blood, there was smoke and gas and something that had burnt. It was likely one of the machines the humans carried themselves around in. A car, Areta called them. She stared out over the sprawling forests down the mountain for a moment, then shoved herself off the ledge and thrust herself into the sky in one abrupt movement. A few hasty flaps of her wings, then a gentle tilt of her weight, and she was sailing toward the plume of smoke curling its way out of the pines, telling herself that she only cared enough to go and look because she didn’t want to see her forest burnt down and all her food chased away.
The cool air rushed over her warm scales for no more than a few heartbeats, and then she was treading the air above the trees, peering through the thrashing branches to try and see the damage below. There was no fire, but as she’d suspected, there was a car lying belly-up several feet away from the road where she landed. She stepped carefully toward the contraption. Something else was here. She couldn’t smell through the haze of fumes and blood, but she could see a small huddled figure through the smoke, and soft cries met her ears the closer she got.
“Child.” She called, still not quite able to see it through the smog. “Come away from that---thing.”
A huge paw came up to rest on the smoking car’s underbelly, and the metal groaned from the strain of her weight and screamed where her claws scraped its sides. She was prepared to pull it apart if she had to, it wouldn’t have been any strain to her.

Let me start off by saying, every word that comes out of my mouth is true. Every line written on this notepad is nothing but honesty and the authenticity of my feelings towards you The taste of your lips still lurks on tongue, the instant thought of your smile makes its way to the front row of my hippocampus I can still feel your gaze upon me even when you're not here But you should be here, I hope you're ready Cause I'm all in, I'm not giving up and when you feel like your grasp is getting looser, I'm coming in clutch in the 4th quarter to lock it up See, only you can understand my words even when my tongue gets ties and I start to mumble You said, "I love the way you struggle to find the words you're trying to say, it's so cute" God please forgive me when I say your name in vain Cause God damn she is cute She is a true beauty, from the southern part of cali where some seem to call it a city of paradise See I've spent my whole life in this so called paradise And yet I still can't seem to understand why I find my paradise in between your thighs and with each stroke, and each moan My insecurities break out of it's shell and finds it's way from the past to the present Is this the way she felt when he was still her man Can I stroke it better and make you wetter with just the flick of the tongue? Can I last longer? Because I don't ever wanna be a two pump chump I want to be at the top of your priority list Your pound for pound champ See, a wise friend once told me that the difference between me and those other guys is the fact that my priority is to please my woman and ignore the selfishness embedded within me, within each and every single man Society has portrayed to the youth that in order to become a man you need to proudly say that you've fucked more women in a single night than I have in my entire life But that's selfishness sure the sex may be good but trust me when I say that with the right person, it is beyond words can even describe To be honest, when I'm inside of you Physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually vibing with you I turn myself from selfishness to selflessness Believe me babe, it's the hardest thing for me to restrain myself from busting when you moan and scream my name with authenticity and genuine happiness But I suck it up and love you even harder You've placed your deepest pleasures and desires in my hands the moment you revealed your finest treasures for my eyes to behold Do not doubt me when I say that never in the 22 years that I've existed in this world have I ever seen anything so elegant and real So naked, so real I'm proud to say that no other woman can ever put me in the state that I am in now And I feel good, because no other man can understand your realness, It's too real for their undersized immature hands to handle That's why they're called exes We cross them out like tic tac toe Cause they can only find their happiness in playing elementary school games Pay them no mind love What you deserve is a man My past, my struggles, and my tears have molded me to become a man since I was 7 Nothing but basketball, soccer, football, airsoft wars, and sleepovers at the house next door consumed my young self But ever sine God called on my mama to fill a spot as one of his trusted angels I had to sack up and man up and become the man that my mama raised me to be You walked away so soon but I realize now that you would've never left if you didn't think that your once so little boys weren't strong enough to become responsible young men See everything that happens in this lifetime happens for a reason If you never left, the bond between me and my brother wouldn't be as strong My understanding of my father's grief and suffering when the love of his life, the mother of his two boys left without a warning The broken hearts that were repaired and left to shatter over and over again by "you know who" would've never let me realize that I deserve better than feeling like fresh shit on the dry, dead, grass that always brings me back to a place in my life that I did not like one bit Without any of these hardships, I would've never met you God steered me into an intersection He steered US to an intersection where both our paths meet It's up to you now to decide, Do you decide to go back to entertain the past or do you want to take my hand and conquer the present and future together It's up to you, cause I'm all in I hope you make the right decision that you won't ever regret I hope I am the only man that can make you feel the way you do my love.
