Sprint Saturday #1: Journal It
Journaling has made a serious comeback. Gone are the days when we dutifully jotted down our innermost thoughts in the tiny book with a heart-shaped lock.
Now, journals have taken on a completely new look. They include everything from hopes and dreams, to random lists and photos.
My Sprint Saturday WriYe Challenge is to grab that journal and write 10 things you love about yourself. A simple list.

All the WriYe Things!
Happy Wednesday, WriYe’rs, and welcome to May!
First, I want to say Thank You for being so patient with me these last few weeks. Between moving, being sick (which decided to come back) and a funky work schedule...posts have been hit or miss.
Now! On to what’s happening this month. I’m doing a semi-master list of challenges for May. Please note, though, that not all challenges are on the forum until the day before. I’d recommend checking the Challenges thread to actively participate. If you’re doing the challenges on your own, as a side, more power to you!
Here we go:
[May] Consistency Challenge (month-long)
[May] Genre Stretch (month-long)
New Moon Challenge 5/6
WriDay 5/10
5k Weekend 5/14-15
Full Moon Madness 5/21
Murder Mystery Crawl 5/22-28 (For the full list of crawls, check here.)
To stay up-to-date with the challenges, this is the Calendar link.

Posts here will auto-tweet, and i try to update the Facebook page regularly. Sometimes the Facebook page will link back here to a specific post.
That’s it for today. I’m off to get a head start on posts for the rest of the week - at least through Tuesday 5/10 (I start a 5-day work stretch tomorrow). Any questions, don’t hesitate to ask :-)
Have a great week, loves!

New Moon Challenge March 9, 2016 (Credit to this challenge goes to teamquavers and I shamelessly stole his instructions.) It's that time of month again!
New Moon Challenge! Woooo! Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to write something new. It could be a short story, scene or chapter...or whatever!
The minimum goal set is 900 words and climbs from there. Head over to HQ and see which set matches your writing mood (and needs). Good luck!
