Entering the bunker in dirty clothes, exhausted and beyond tired you smile. You like the bunker. It’s huge, safe and has two important things to offer - a shower with perfect pressure and a certain blue-eyed angel to spend your time with.
Said angel is sitting in the library, in front of a huge stack of books, searching for something. He doesn’t look up, too engrossed in reading a passage about a certain weapon.
“Hey, Castiel. How have you been?” You ask but he doesn’t react. He looks up, cocking a brow. He has a serious expression on his face, and you’ve got no clue why, but a cold shiver is running down your spine.
“I have to do research. If you excuse me now.” Castiel ignores your existence, staring at the page to reread a certain passage once again.
“Whatever…” You mumble walking toward ‘your room’ or rather the room you inherit whenever you got the time to visit the Winchesters. You can feel Castiel’s eyes bore into you back and fear is creeping into your thoughts. Wondering you look over your shoulder, looking into cold blue eyes.
When you leave the showers, you glance at Castiel. Still sitting in a chair at the library, he reads another book, or rather two simultaneously. You want to ask him what’s that important to occupy his attention for hours but the coldness in his eyes as he watches you pass by tells you to not talk to Castiel again.
Something is wrong with your angelic friend; you just know it. Walking into your room you lock the door, calling Dean to ask the hunter if he recognized a change in his friend.
“Dean, I’m telling you something is wrong with Cas. I can see it in his eyes, his blue orbs are cold as ice. I got no clue...it’s just a hunch. Call it female intuition.”
Dean is listening to your words, scratching his chin he realizes since Cas, Sam and he left the cage something was off with his friend. He was colder, more calculated…
“Y/N leave the bunker and meet us at the nearby motel. If you are right Castiel is not Cas right now. Get out of the…” The connection ends with one snap of Casifer’s fingers.
He’s leaning against the doorframe, a dark smirk on his lips as he flashes his eyes red and you drop the phone walking backward.
You’ve got your angel blade in your back, but if Dean is right there’s too powerful monster inside of the angel you love.
“Cat's out. You know, I love seeing this pretty face contort in horror. Hmm…I can smell fear and it arouses me,” Casifer chuckles. “You know, my Sammy and his brother didn’t recognize anything, didn’t realize it’s me inside of their favorite angel…” Casifer mocks you, tapping his fingers against his forehead. He steps closer to stop right in front of you, a dark look on his face.
“You always were way smarter than anyone else, huh? What did I do to give myself away?” Casifer is circling you now, smirking at the tremble of your hands the archangel walks toward you, grabbing your upper arms to force you to look into Castiel’s blue eyes.
You don’t know it but Castiel woke from the dream Lucifer caged him in. He’s fighting the archangel with all his strength but it’s not enough.
“Let me go. What do you want?” Gasping you feel your back hit the wall with full force. Pain shoots through your body and you slump down onto the floor.
“What do I want? World peace? Daddy to be a father. Ruling the world,” Casifer chuckles, still a devilish smirk all over his face. “Right now, I want to break Castiel’s favorite toy. I mean he is in love with you for years. Never made a move, always too afraid to get you hurt or killed.”
The archangel grabs your wrists to bring you close to his chest. Closing your eyes, you wait for the pain to come and it comes.
Casifer moves his hand around your throat, slamming your head into the wall. Dizziness clouds your mind and you barely feel the archangel pressing his lips to your forehead, to lap the blood seeping out of your wound off.
“You taste great. I bet Castiel would rather taste your lips than your blood. Shall we try…huh?” Lucifer grins wickedly before uses Castiel’s lips to press a rough kiss onto your mouth, bruising your soft pillows.
“Stop playing with me. You want to kill me…kill me,” you spat spitting into Casifer’s face. “I don’t like playing games, asshole.”
“But I do like playing with my prey…run little hunter…run before the big bad angel catches you,” Lucifer coos licking your cheek. “I like my meat full of fear and dread. Now I will count to ten and then I’m coming for you…little lamb…”
You eye the archangel suspiciously well aware he will not keep his word you nod. “One, little lamb…” Lucifer chuckles as you run out of the room. “Two…I will find you…” You try to run up the stairs but decide against it, running into the garage instead.
Lucifer is walking out of the room, dialing Dean’s number. “Three…I bet your blood will look beautiful all over the walls.” You dash toward the next best car, silently trying to open the driver’s door.
“Four, I can smell your fear, Baby Girl. Maybe I will taste something else before ripping your heart out.” Panicked you hide behind a car, silently cursing youself for not running toward the stairs.
“Five, and I’m right behind you…” Lucifer is striding into the garage. “Six, my little lamb will bleed soon.”
Dean is cursing on the phone while he pushes the Impala to it’s limit. His heart beats a mile in a minute hearing Lucifer count. “Seven, Winchesters. I will enjoy tasting her blood even more.”
The car doesn’t offer any protection and you weigh your options. Can you make it out of the garage? Can you outrun an archangel?
“Eight, little lamb. I’m going to enjoy breaking all your bones. Maybe I heal you and do it all over again until you beg me to kill you.” Lucifer chuckles hearing you crawl under one of the cars, holding your breath.
“Nine, Y/N. Come on, try harder!” Without any effort, Lucifer moves the car to reveal your hide-out. “Ten, Baby. Hmm…you are shaking in fear, awaiting the end. Still, I can feel the love for this pretty angel,” Casifer mocks.
“You won,” weakly you get up on wobbling legs, closing your eyes. “Dean, Sam…Cas…that’s not your fault. I always knew my end would be bloody and painful.” You whisper, hearing Dean call your name over the phone.
Lucifer smiles, using Castiel’s lips to kiss you once again. This time you feel a burning pain as he pierces your chest with an angel blade. Blood is dripping out of the wound, causing you to fall against Casifer’s chest.
Lucifer carries your limp body out of the garage, smirking at the struggle of Castiel trapped inside his body. The angel calls your name, begging Lucifer to heal you.
“Sleep now my little lamb. Maybe you will wake up in the wrong angel’s arms or maybe not…”
fic writer problems: I needed to get in the frame of mind to write another chapter in my fic so I’m listening to my character playlist but forgot it’s got Crowley/Aziraphale songs on it and now I’m distracted af
