Although, I will admit that I have bouts of radio silence lately due to the fact that I am working from home and my poor eyes need a break from the screens. Name a film/tv show in the last year you enjoyed, and share why: Aw, man. I suck at shows (and it’s been so long since I’ve been gone to the movies due to real world problems) I have, however, been enjoying a lot of video gaming and just wrapped up FFVII Remake and currently revisiting that to do all the side quests I didn’t do the first time lol How do you like your coffee/tea?  I don’t like either, tbh. If I had to choose, however, my mom makes this homemade tea with guava fruit, apple slices and cinnamon and for an added kick, I will add tequila and lime. I’m mostly happy with a cold glass of milk, though lol  What is your preferred posting method? Third-person ftw. I suck at first-person, guys or in any other person in general lol What is your average post length? Can be anywhere between 3 to 6 paragraphs, at least. How often are you likely to post in an activity cycle (every 10 days)? I am hoping at least three or more times because I love plotting and writing out ideas and plots and would really look forward to spread out and write all the things with everyone, tbh.. What attracted you to WSD, and what are you excited for? I’m hoping to expand a little more on the real life category of roleplay and I’ve actually been eye-ing WSD for some time and debating on whether or not to join. I’m excited about the prospect of a complex and inclusive roleplay and I feel that WSD can maybe share that possibility and I hope to be a part of building that type of community. Who is your favorite face claim? Currently, Maite Perroni. She’s a fave Mexican actress from my childhood. Who is your favorite face claim over 30? Oh, boy. So lately, I have taken a preference for face claims over 30. Some of them include Gal Gadot, Diane Guerrero, Olga Kurylenko, Jessica Chastain, Gina Rodriguez.  Tell us one plot you’ve always wanted to write but was never fulfilled: Probably family plots. I’m not a fan of big family plots but I’ve always wanted a sibling duo who are ride or die and look out for each other and have each other’s backs? It sounds kinda lame but idk, it usually never comes true and I guess I’d like to see that plot come to life someday.

Name a film/tv show in the last year you enjoyed, and share why: Céline Sciamma’s 'Portrait of a Lady on Fire’ absolutely and utterly floored me. Every camera shot is like its own painting, the story is profound, the acting is transcendent, the sound design perfect. I’m still having an ongoing existential crisis over the entire thing and France not sending it to the Oscars was a crime.

How do you like your coffee/tea?  I like both, brewed strong, with oat milk and a little honey.

What is your preferred posting method? It depends on my muse, and I’m quite adaptable but will always have a fondness for lengthier posts over comm threads or rapidfire.

What is your average post length? 5 - 6 paragraphs but it varies quite widely. I tend to match my writing partner.

How often are you likely to post in an activity cycle (every 10 days)? Multiple times, depending on how active my partner is and how inspired I am. Currently with the way things are, I can almost certainly post daily/every other day.

What attracted you to WSD, and what are you excited for? I enjoy writing with people who match my enthusiasm for intricate characters and plots. I prefer sites that that accomodate characters of all races, genders, and sexualities. I like multifaceted storylines that include profound emotion and drama but are also realistic enough to include moments of genuine humor and comedy. It sounds like WSD is a place that will foster an environment that encourages all of this.

Who is your favorite face claim? Honestly too many to list, but currently Rebecca Ferguson.

Who is your favorite face claim over 30? Pretty much all of my preferred faces are 30+. Gillian Anderson, Rachel Weisz, Rosamund Pike, Oscar Isaac, Luke Evans, Gal Gadot, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, etc.

Tell us one plot you’ve always wanted to write but was never fulfilled: An ‘Ocean’s 8′ inspired group of lady thieves, full of found family vibes, drama, and humor. Also anything involving wlw romance, thank you.

Availability: afternoons and evenings.  Name a film/tv show in the last year you enjoyed, and share why: i am such a movie geek and i get excited about a lot of the stuff i see. i’m always a sucker for good writing and great character development - but i guess i’m a little bit of a nerd for a fast-paced action plot as well. a movie that hit me right in the feels recently was ford vs. ferrari, and last year’s triple frontier. if we’re talking tv-shows, i was pleasantly surprised by virgin river on netflix. i was hesitant because it’s based off a series of cheesy hallmark novels, but the writing was on point! and of course there’s yellowstone on paramount. that show never ceases to amaze me tremendously. also, kevin costner holds my heart no matter what. How do you like your coffee/tea?  i like my coffee with a little bit of milk. black if it’s an interesting roast or blend. i don’t drink tea very often. What is your preferred posting method? i always aim for third person, present or past tense. i can do either and always do whatever my rp partner is the most comfortable with. What is your average post length? so i’m the type of person that genuinely tries to keep the length to a minimum while still trying to convey emotion and action. i would say i succeed about 10% of the time. the rest of the time - get ready for me to dump a 400+ word post on you bc i simply can’t rein in my muse once i get going. How often are you likely to post in an activity cycle (every 10 days)? likely once or more every day. there will be days where i literally have nothing to do but write.  What attracted you to WSD, and what are you excited for? the fact that you labeled it as an advanced writing community. i really miss that! i miss fellow rp-partners who loves delving deep into their characters mind and figure out what makes them tick and that way convey something real, true and raw in their writing and development. i hope to find that here - and i guess i can only hope that i will be able to keep up myself. Who is your favorite face claim over 30? i rarely write characters under the age of 35 anymore, so most of my faves are oldies. i am absolutely in love with women like elisha dushku, alexa davalos, nafessa williams and always, always jessica alba. oh, and i have a thing for ~older men too; watch me faint over, and give all the plots (included but not limited) to: jeffrey dean morgan, frank grillo, boris kodjoe and shemar moore.  Tell us one plot you’ve always wanted to write but was never fulfilled: [TW I DON’T KNOW HOW TO USE A READ-ALL!] so lately i’ve been really wanting to explore the workings of a (dysfunctional) marriage between characters in their late 40′s to early 50′s. and as a huge sucker for ex-military characters, i would love to incorporate that somehow. the husband being discharged (unwillingly, likely medically) after a lifetime in the armed forces and now being faced to deal with life as a civilian. his wife has been used to taking care of everything on her own, and now they need to make it work as a family for the first time in forever?? he would rather be half a world away still, and she would rather continue on her own bc things has been Just Fine whenever he wasn’t home. maybe she has had an affair. pls. this was a shitty summary, i can do better. other than that?? i am mostly trash. give me all the age gaps, the corrupt cops, sassy strippers, ass-kicking bartenders, the unhealthy power dynamics and student/teacher relationships and i’ll be a happy duck.
