I've got multiple projects and a lot of antagonists, but the nearest and dearest to my heart would be Aleksander Havich and Jamie McCaskill. Calling either a villain would be a bit of a disservice, but they certainly are the antagonists of their respective stories, and they do not act in any way heroic by the actual sense of the term.
Gold to represent Aleksander's intense pride. He's a cult leader to an eldritch god after all.
Violet and magenta to represent corrupted passion for Jamie. He gave up his humanity to save everything he loved, and he'll kill absolutely anything to keep them.
I might do more of these now that I'm back at them 👀
