Ohh is it still up?
Oh gosh. It sure is. All of my old Sims 2 and most of my Sims 3 stuff is still on my Greetings from Mt. Geneva blog. If you’re a glutton for punishment and want to read the Brayton Family story, you can start here with founder Harry Brayton. The best way to go forward through the story is to hit the “Next” link in the upper right when you’re done with that particular post (each post is 1-5 pages and has page links at the bottom) and just skip the Shanley Legacy stuff that I posted simultaneously with the Braytons.

Sounds like a great story! ^_^ I don't think I dare look back at my old Sims stuff!
It can be quite embarrassing to look back at that stuff, but it’s also really fun! It’s a cool way to relive the experience of playing this crazy game and interacting with the community. I’m glad to have a record of it, which is why I leave my old blog up. XD

Sounds like a good story! :-D
Heh, thanks. :) It sure was fun to write at the time, although when I look back on it now, it makes me chuckle at how melodramatic it was. xD

Oh my god, 10 years?! I feel old, haha.
I know, right?? I spent the entirety of my 30s playing Sims games! No wonder it went by so quickly! ;-p
w-sims replied to your post: Taking picures is still a struggle. :D...
It looks fantastic! I’m a big fan of exposed brick so I’m always going to love any room that features it!
Thank you W! It’s one of my favourite things to do as well. Especially when it’s combined with something else, like wood paneling or wallpaper.. it breaks up the room and adds something interesting to it. c:

w-sims replied to your photoset “Silly Mort, you’re supposed to face the audience when you play guitar,...”
Mortimer just wants to show his talent to the world outside! ;)
Haha, yes! It’s not like there was much of an audience inside the restaurant anyway. :)
The Art Institute
The former Tumbleton Art Institute was the first building in the "leisure district" but as Tumbleton grew, its fading wallpaper and cracking façade just didn't inspire the artists who flocked to it. The new Art Institute is fresh, modern and airy... The perfect place for creative souls to meet.
