Hello, it's me begging u to read this book. It's GORGEOUS. (Also, the lady who wrote it also wrote the Horrible Henry books. This is her first book for adults!) It's based on the Welsh legend of the Lady of Llyn y Fan Fach and follows her and her human lover, Owain, as well as his mother, Angharad, as they deal with the villagers of Myddfai's scorn. Their pov's are super distinct and lovely and, while the prose is very barebones, it's incredible. I haven't finished it yet, but I'm enjoying it so far!
Also the cover is WELSH MEDICINAL PLANTS!!!!
