Texture library for Matcap (Ozma) shader. 256px/compressed. Not AI generated.
A and B slot for more variety inside one collection settings (textures list is same for both). Works best for gems and decorations, and with complex Normals. Mask is used in this shader too, but roughness value can't be changed inside material, so be careful with your Roughness texture. You can play with shader ID and Sheen values in Penumbra's material settings for better results.
How to use:
Save material from this mod as TT template, or use provided raw .MTRL file for import;
Add this new material to your mod. Paste Normal and Mask paths from your mod, for "other" texture use provided path: slot A - "chara/common/texture/matcaplib_a.tex" slot B - "chara/common/texture/matcaplib_b.tex";
Assign part of your mesh to new material (it looks white in TexTools, it's fine!);
You can assign A and B materials to different mesh parts for more variety, or use them as separate options (for example, "option 1 - colorset material, option 2 - matcap library A, option 3 - matcap library B").
In short, it works like: Your mod is containing all required files minus matcap texture -> you install mod and this library, and mod reads texture from it. Always include link to this library as a thing required for work. Do not include my textures directly in your mods please. Feel free to use for anything, free or paid. Download
