All bully-nerd jokes aside, if you understand mathematics to the point where you can understand and solve complicated equations and how we’ve discovered things through them or even attempt to discover new solutions or fix existing ones, you’re cool. I’m sure you might be going vsauce or red string board levels insane when working on anything sometimes — my brain just implodes — but you’re still cool. You cool nerd, you.

As someone who’s brain just couldn’t comprehend the basics of algebra, I wish I could be that smart. I used to hate math, but I think I just hate the education system failing people and being in that degrading environment everyday. Wish I could redo it and add math to my special interests with some cool, crazy teachers who would actually visualize increasingly complex math/science in action. Vsauce and smarter every day and others were my real school. Most of what I was able to retain is from there.

Anyway, gimme your brainwaves. Hand them over! Make me smort!

math???? Is so confusing???? in f(x)=1/2^4√x The 4 is the same as 1/4???? I thought it was an exponent?? It’s part of the square root?? Wtf am I doing 😭😭
