This wedding was making her sentimental. She didn't think it would be this hard emotionally. Dress shopping left her feeling empty. Even though her aunt was there and her best friend helped, her mom should be helping with her reception dress. Her mom should be helping with everything instead of a planner. Not having her here made her want to have pieces of her nearby even more. Susie even broke down to the idea of having her parents' wedding rings tied to her bouquet. Then it was like they were walking her down the aisle.
