It’s Carmen (the hauntologist), college dropout, studier of ghosts, terminally ill, and resident (and broadcaster) of Pine Cliffs!!

Carmen wandered into Pine Cliffs after seeking a place as away from everything as one could get, and accidentally wandered so far that he wandered into a place away from life. Still, he loves the supernatural and old and abandoned so it’s no problem for him! Memory, legacy, and death are fascinating to him (unless it’s his own death...).

I think the Pine Cliff Steve (hasn’t named him yet) would see lines around and on people, specifically, just... in the air. But only around people. Ever since 2008, the lines have been the same. Nothing’s changed. Until the new person in town.
