like last time, i'm gonna sparknotes this because i have a whole biography already written... and also i don't feel like re-typing it all! this time, and from here on out though, designs are solely mine (not adopted like valentine) and made using ts4!

voice claim: mouna yraoré

misc notes: she's the oldest of the five children, and the older twin (jose being her twin brother). she's spanish-malian (afro-hispanic). she's multi-lingual and the order of first learned to most recently learned is castillan spanish, hassaniya arabic, english, and modern standard arabic (not actively learning; contextually fluent given some overlap with hassaniya arabic).

role: gun runner for euro firearms and owner of passports r us. not an active participant of the game, but operating in the background.

connections: likely tangential to adam's crew given the services she provides; most likely to be familiar with lucas (the hitman) due to his profession.

brief background: grew up in the benimaclet district of valencia alongside historic buildings and the vibrant coast. would shadow her father and grandfather's automotive repair business until it closed with her grandfather's passing. was a studious student and stepped up as a caretaker for her siblings in her later teens. opted to go to trade school and become an automotive technician instead of pursuing a formal degree, and would open romero-águila mecánica primario (sorry if this is butchered) in honor of her family. was repairing some guys' car when a false panel opened and revealed they were smuggling weapons, to which she was promptly knocked out for. they kidnapped her and gave her an ultimatum: die or become a runner for them. so she became a gun runner for euro firearms! eventually built up enough trust and connections to be allowed back to operating her own independent shop, and also delved into the falsified passport business alongside a business partner who got smoked. so she briefly closed it down then re-opened the site later on. now her shop operates as a mafia-style front where euro firearms personnel get discounts and she personally fits their vehicles to help with the smuggling process, and she provides passports at notice for them as well.

also scarlett is one of... 6 total characters i have for the series.… ace and belinda are foundational members of the magistri. misha is a black hat post hacker and the owner of the gatekeeper website. valentine is an innocent witness fulfilling the wrong place, wrong time trope. and then i don't have a name for them, but i have a taskmaster-style character that will control the operations for cotton road and white whale. smiles.

Woah, finally made a reference sheet for my wttg oc!

I fiddled with his design and are finally happy with it! I put warnings over the potentially triggering aspects. The scars are obviously healed, and the blood isn't anything crazy. Check below the cut for uncensored.

I intend to eventually make something about how he would work in the game if he was an actual character, but for now, here's just him and his concept.

He has a third X tattoo on his tummy, Incase anyone's curious.
