Week is almost coming to a close, and I want to reflect on some habits I noticed this week! 1. Simple, I eat lots and lots of fruit which would be fine but i count it as 0 smartpoints 🙀 and that's just not accurate! Gotta track fruit & have appropriate 0sp servings 🍇🍓🍉🍏 2. More water 💦💦 I know I can do it, just a matter of carrying water with me everywhere! 3. Emma---- what is the point of lying to your tracker? You're only fooling yourself 😖 I can't go get a cookie, for example, and eat 1/8th, then throw the rest away, and then 5 minutes later eating another 1/8th of a DIFFERENT cookie and not tracking it- and so on 🤐🍪 it's not the cookie that is the problem, it's being sneaky for no good reason! If I hide the food, i must be looking at it as "bad", which isn't healthy. So if I want a cookie, I'm gonna work very hard to be mindful in the moment and track it, or forget about it.
