Meet @ww_jca1877 My journey began in 2012 when my husband faced a medical emergency. I thought to myself that I couldn’t expect him to fight for his life if I wouldn’t fight for mine. I joined Weight Watchers and lost 120lbs. I unfortunately went off program and subsequently gained over 1/2 the weight back. Last May, sick and tired of being sick & tired I joined WW again. With a huge emphasis on my mental health and fitness this time, I’ve lost over 100lbs and am healthier and happier than I have been my whole life. I practice yoga daily and credit much of my success to fitness and the inspiration, help, support of WW, and the instagram/Wlstories community. I hope to inspire others the way I have been inspired and motivated! Starting Tip: keep it simple. Find foods/recipes that you love and find ways to lighten them up. Find movement that you enjoy.
