Basically, whats going on in the island is that the mutant pineapple’s pollen was INFECTIOUS due to it being some kind of alien species. Everyone who has either tampered with or ate anything that contained this infectious pollen became some sort of plant zombie and those who had DIRECT contact with the pollen alone got it the WORST. Their hostility ranges from a bit bitter but still pretty ok to WILL RIP OFF EVERY LIMB OFF YOU BODY IF YOU BREATH WRONG.
