He doesn’t want to bring it up-- not to HER. Emma’s already had TALKS with him about the anger issues that boiled deep inside of him. The anger that Wendy had seen first hand. The one that almost RUINED whatever it was that they had. Whispers lurked around every corner, whispers that made their way to form a lump in his throat that simply wouldn’t leave.
Even in his dreams, all he could see was PETER. Bellamy { WANTED } to leave that life behind him, he really did. While things had remained stagnant within Neverland, he had begun to develop a LIFE within Storybrooke-- or so he thought. It was amazing to him how quickly one act, a PUNCH, could change someone’s perception of you. In Neverland, the other boy would have been deemed WEAK. Now, he was the one being singled out.
Taking a deep breath, he couldn’t help but feel the hair on the back of his neck stand up. He was wearing the same clothes he had worn when they had come to the small town. It still smelled like Neverland, even. His foot tapped against the building as other teenagers made their way from their classes, onto the school grounds, and on their way home.
He just had to find HER. When dark hues FINALLY settled upon blonde hair, he found himself rushing towards her. His hand grasped hers-- gently, in only a way she could get from him. The words he needed to say threatened to choke him and for once, he found he couldn’t bring himself to look at the younger girl.
❝ Wendy-- I... we need to talk. ❞
