Oh, fuck, Conall's head was pounding, among other things. But mostly his head. It felt like he had been ran over by a carriage about one-hundred times and then some. "..Shit." he breathed, coughing a few times and rubbing at his eyes. It was..dark. That was the first thing he noticed (other than his pounding head). It was really dark, but his eyes adjusted quickly. The second thing he noticed was that this definitely wasn't his home. Or his bed. "..Where the hell..?"
Okay. Think, think. His mind was a little fuzzy, and he sat up in the bed, rubbing at his forehead. Just what had happened to him? That was certainly a question to ponder, and he suddenly felt like he had been thrust into some sort of horror story. "That would be my luck, anyways.." he grumbled as he glanced around the room, trying to trigger some sort of memory.
He had been with..someone..someone..by the name of..Yao! Yes, that was his name. Yao Wang..a newcomer to London. They had ran into each other about a couple of weeks ago in a..pub or something, if he remembered correctly. He had come this night to..chat, maybe? Yao knew that he was dying, as most people did. It was hard to make friends, so it had surprised him that he and Yao had hit it off quite so easily. They had dinner, except Yao didn't touch his food, which had come off as rather strange to Conall, and then..nothing.
He couldn't remember a damn thing after that.
"Christ.." he grumbled, sliding out of the bed and swaying a little bit. His stomach growled. Really? But he hadn't eaten that long ago, right? Well, whatever. He sighed a little, coughing a bit and running his tongue along his teeth, and that's when he felt something a bit odd...fangs? Oh..what? Couldn't be..no, no. He just shook it off as him still being half dazed, and he took a hesitant step forward, coughing a little before calling out.
