So the Wycoon was telling me how the felyne chef owes him a meal since I came back alive. At first I was like ‘why would the Street Cook bet against me?’, but then I realized:
The Wycoon loves to win, presumably that applies to betting as well as trading.
The Street Cook love to cook food for people
The Street Cook is ‘losing’ a bet and owes the Wycoon a meal
