HONESTLY I think this is a really interesting idea that isn't played around with enough. The dialogue 100% implies for there to be more conditioning then what we experience during the game.

Given the nature of WYK I feel like a lot of the trigger phrases could've been short cuts to skip having to WYK frequent commands- Like a word to make him sleep if they needed him unconscious for an experiment- but what else could there have been? One to make him stop crying? One to make him stop speaking?

But then we also have things like Code Yellow which seem in a different vein than the WYK conditioning- Were there lower levels of fail safe with code yellow being the last resort? Was there a phrase that could trigger his fight or flight? Would there be one to trigger his endorphins to artificially raise his pain tolerance? One to trigger his serotonin so they could condition him to like certain behaviors?

IDK I'm not a brain person but there's a LOT of potential here.

It also makes me wonder if Jack forgetting the plane hijacking was related to a trigger phrase, but nothing on the note looks that noticeable- so it could've been just dissociating and repression as a coping mechanism causing him to forget the crash. (cause like- this man has got to have a dissociative disorder after everything that happened to him in his childhood and during game)

Unless maybe you want to say "with love" could be a trigger phrase to repress his memories- BUT I imagine they had one to put Jack in and out standby while on the surface and you could put "with love" towards that, and I think I prefer that instead.
