I could probably come up with a few different ones here, honestly, but I really do like this one for xem, so...ye :) (I also like Lindsey Stirling's music, so.) The name also is fitting here--though I don't usually think of Nisha and phoenix symbolism, xe does in some ways have a very rising-from-the-ashes narrative.

🌌 MILKY WAY - what was the inspiration behind your oc? what was the first thing you decided about them?

I'm trying to remember exactly what came first. I know I wanted to explore sylvari from another tree, and I liked the idea of having podtwins, so I figured out xyr family first, I'm pretty sure. And as far as Nisha's character beyond that...quite honestly, I took my personal experience with anxiety and harmful parental expectations and used that as a starting point.

🌪️ TORNADO - what is the biggest change you've ever made to them? how have they changed from their original version?

Most of the changes Nisha's character has gone through has more just been development/further exploration, rather than jumping from one track to another; xyr character's been pretty consistent, I think. The one thing I did change was how xyr connection to the Dream works--if you went back early enough in xyr character tag, you might be able to find writing that shows that. Originally, I hadn't put much thought into having it be different in any way than your "typical" Grove-born sylvari, and at some point I went, "wait, it doesn't have to be, though" and it morphed into what it is now. (Which is, to give you the very short version, that xe basically has a Dream-based empathic connection to xyr brother but not to anyone else. Most other sylvari assume xe's Soundless.)

🎀 RIBBON - how would they fit into other worlds / aus? what aus would you like to try out? what fictional world would they fit / not fit into?

My one actual AU that exists at this point (which I've talked about maybe three times in total askjldf) wouldn't see Nisha switching xyr role very much. I thought about an AU where Nisha and Kerra swapped places, once, which would produce a very different version of both of them than in the main canon--for many many reasons, not least of which is the fact that though Kerra embraced the Commander position and title, Nisha would accept it and do xyr best but would actively not want it. To swap to an entirely different form of media, I'm potentially going to be DM-ing a DnD campaign with some of my friends at some point in the future, and I'm working on modifying Nisha's character to fit into that setting (as a NPC). Very much still a work in progress, but xe's probably going to be an artificer :)

Ooh, okay okay! :D Thanks a bunch for the ask! @wyldblunt you're going to get Pol, who's been rotating around in my brainspace recently but hasn't really gotten a ton of a chance to shine on here!

55. What’s your character’s core trait? What’s their best trait? What’s their worst trait? When happens when these all interact with each other?

Core trait: not sure if this is going to make sense, but Pol really likes challenges. His life has been its own mess of hard for various reasons on its own, and he wouldn't have picked all those things to happen to him, so not really talking about that, but...like, I don't know. My sleepy brain is coming up with the example of if he was given several options for a group project, he'd pick the most complicated one Specifically Because it was the hardest/most complicated. It's a core part of his character and is tied up in about fifty Other traits, but...yeah, this! Hope this makes sense; I feel like I rambled a bit xD

Best trait: he is incredibly compassionate and generally very kind. He's a fluffball (literally, when it comes to his fur) with a big heart, and he's a very good friend.

Worst trait: he's not always the most flexible (unless you're speaking physically). It can manifest in ways more like it does for his 'bandmate Casca (stubbornness, holding grudges) or in ways like it does for his former 'bandmate Lifa (holding onto an opinion way longer than you should even as it's proven wrong).

When you stick all of these together at once, you can get a couple things. "Incredibly stuck on helping a specific person even if they don't really want it" is one, "persistence in a theoretically noble goal to the point that it's actively hurting him [and maybe others he hasn't noticed]" is another.

I’ve wanted to draw Glyn for a little while now, I’ll do friendly fire to achieve that goal-
