I feel the need to mention that because of either an animation, error or the animators getting lazy I have more reason to believe that Ras is in his 20s
because Tiger patterns don’t change as they age they just spread apart as they gain more muscle and size and sometimes they look thicker or thinner after that or more spread apart and since ras now has not only very different markings, but also has a considerable amount more of muscle I am inclined to believe that when we first saw him, he was still growing, and that now he has finally reached his full potential of being the only full grown adult of his species left
Female tiger is reach full maturity at 3 to 4 years old and males between 3 and 5
Now at the very start of the merge, I imagine it happening when Lloyd is between 16 and 19 and if ras is that old he’s probably around 2 1/2 to 3 years old for tigers
And now currently, I imagine Lloyd as being around 26 and if we again make ras the same age suddenly was it probably a year older for tigers, which would explain not only his stripes being different, especially where most of the muscle spread out, but also him being more muscly in the first place I don’t care if this wasn’t the writer’s or the animator’s intentions, I will take it as another reason for Ras acting like more of a manchild than Lloyd at times
TLDR: the animators probably made a mistake or got lazy, and I decided based on my knowledge of tigers that this meant, I had another reason to assume Ras is the same age as Lloyd if not younger giving me the ability to have Ras look in the mirror after being called an boomer by someone who might be older than him and become self-conscious
@nyaskitten here have something that’s mostly just good fun instead of the angst I’ve been hand feeding you since we became mutuals.
