Opinion on;
Character in general: dxplicty kai is a very in depth character ( very -- there are about five pages of his about to read to even get a slight grasp on this muse and you'll still be left with questions -- ) based around the everett interpretation. if you don't know what that is, it's basically a theory about how multiple parallel universes exist where there are different versions of our ' selves ' existing in each. kai has the power of reanimating himself by switching out his ' dead ' self with a different universe which often comes with the issue of forgetting certain faces or having different relationships with people that he should remember in what is considered his main universe. to try and remember, he carries around a diary of faces and people that he meets and knows in an attempt to appear normal -- but there's only so much that one can do when you're constantly dying and reviving as a version of yourself that knows nothing except their own life. to make it even more complicated, what once was a survival tactic turned into people demanding things of him -- and now he serves as a jack of all trades. a fortune teller. a con man. a hitman -- not in the conventional sense, but ... well. you get the idea. nothing about this muse is conventional at all. wyndixgo this muse comes with triggers **. although minseok is not a supernatural creature, he is likened to the wendigo -- a creature that is capable of possessing humans that have indulged in the taboo of cannibalism. yes, it's true -- minseok is a cannibal, a sociopath. he isn't capable of feeling much of anything ( especially pain ), and instead takes to reading people's psyche instead. like kai, minseok is extremely thought out -- from the idea that his cannibalism stems from a head injury at a young age to the disappearance of his family. his destructive past is what seems to have led to his psychosis but you'll never really know -- not really. but because of the pains he's suffered, you can almost sympathize with his plight. almost. until you realize that he's a monster..How they play them: dxplicty i don't feel like i should be the one talking about kai in particular considering the current relationship between our muses ( it will very likely come off biased -- ) so i'm going to try to give objective opinions to the best of my ability. it'll likely turn subjective at some point so here goes. ;; first, let me say that the way kai is very difficult to understand and it leaves the reader asking a lot of questions -- i personally like that about muses because it allows me to grow closer to them and i feel as if my muse will bond better when it comes to that much depth. i'm someone that actually likes asking questions -- while a simple muse is oftentimes lovely, i just really enjoy trying to wrap my head around something so complex. i think it's a really interesting idea that oftentimes, kai switches out with another version of himself with very little warning, if you get one at all. it might be difficult to discern -- perhaps that could be amended a little, and i believe the typist is planning on mentioning when each kai switches -- but all in all, the different personalities of each version of himself and their own memories add a very unique twist to this character.
as someone who has a very difficult relationship with kai, i find plotting with him to be a blessing -- i know that such a muse isn't for everyone because complexity isn't what they look for when they roleplay, however !! if i had to, i would do it all over again because i simply love the character depth. (( and if difficult muses aren't your thing, the typist loves aus !! <: ))wyndixgo this section will be infinitely shorter because i don't have as much experience with minseok -- mainly because we say that we're going to plot for the two and we always get sidetracked by jaekai lol. i feel like you focus on kai more often than minseok -- which is perfectly fine because there are times when i focus on one muse more than others as well. because of this however, he doesn't really leave a lasting impression on me because i don't see him on the dash as much or have gotten as close to him. the rare times i do see him, i definitely enjoy -- i like the difference between the two muses and even though you can tell that they're both written by the same person style wise, they still hold a very, very different air. honestly, i'd love to see minseok a little more -- though i understand that he might be a little more difficult to portray and get plots for considering his au as a cannibal? hopefully that's not the case though because he's honestly very interesting. uwu The Mun: where do i even begin with this one -- ... once upon a time when i played bjoo, i found an ad for your wyndixgo account and decided to follow -- but after switching to jaehyun for easier plotting and what not, you followed me first and i was actually really surprised lmao. i never thought i was up to your standards and i really admired your writing as well as your characters -- the day we started talking, we immediately clicked. i tend to do that with a lot of people because i get attached easily (( otl )) but --. honestly, i'm really happy that we became friends so quickly?? so much love for you even though i really hate the fact we can't seem to do fluff right at all and every night i'm going to be crying myself to sleep because of jaekai. ;;; don't worry, my little closet pet. i will make sure my hair is always super long and a comfortable bed for you to sleep in -- ... ... and i won't forget to feed you either. <: i love you a lot, okay.
Do I:
RP with them: why do i do this to myself.Want to RP with them: hell no. all i get is pain. ╥﹏╥ ( i think you know the answer to this very well, xia. )
What is my;
Overall Opinion: don't do it. don't even try. SHE'LL KILL YOU WITH FEELS AND ANGST AND IT'LL DESTROY YOU COMPLETELY UNTIL ALL YOU'RE LEFT WITH IS AN OCEAN OF TEARS THAT YOU'RE DROWNING YOURSELF IN. in other words, i love you and want to keep you to myself okay ilu xia my bb closet pet bye. uwu
**Note: Mun’s answer are all to be completely honest. Don’t send url if you don’t want brutal honesty

"Of course you were."
Jongin could never find it in himself to be upset with the other man. Mainly because his presence was a granted permission to be, therefore, the feline told himself that he had no right to feel dejected. Especially since his visits were mainly unannounced.
And really, he wasn’t.
"Perhaps another time then," Jongin said, a soft smile on his lips as he set the brochure down.
Venice will have to wait a bit longer.
"Do you remember what happened?"
“Do not speak of it here,” he hisses, grabbing the other male’s shoulder, turning him sharp on his heel to be bombarded against the incubus’s body. He digs his blunt nails into the other’s shirt, face inching closer and lowering his voice to a harsh whisper, “You aren’t afraid of them knowing are you ?” He questions with a tone of mockery.Oh, he recalls the screams, the blood spraying his button down blouse as limbs are ripped apart. A blood bath for those in damnation. Delivered from evil. The bodies drop to their feet like flies. It’s ephemeral, but not the taste of rust on their serpent tongues. His skin has healed from the scratches of the humans trying to free themselves from the monster’s clutch. A sudden simper on supple lips, his crimson hues engaging with the shorter male, “Are you implying that we do it again ?”

it's snowing and my muse slips on ice, accidentally crashing into your muse.
freezing.
jaehyun shifts the coat that keeps his shoulders warm, pulls it a little tighter around his body in an attempt to keep his body heat from suffering the icy air. his breath comes in waves of hot steam against the cold, curls out and around to become one with the air around him. he watches for a moment, the way life’s breath mixes with oxygen to be breathed in by other people and it makes him think, his mind wandering as his feet take him to places of their own will. he thinks about how many people he’s taken inside himself, how much of their breath his body has recycled, lived, breathed out. he starts to wonder how much of himself is in everyone, and how much of everyone is inside of himself and really —
really, he wonders if he is ’ himself ’ at all, or just a collection of the people he’s met and the time they spent, the air they breathed together. for some reason his limbs feel heavier than they should, there’s a squeezing in his heart and he doesn’t know what it means and jaehyun is thinking too much about things again. a sigh escapes his lips and it’s another heavy dose of steam.
he wonders how much of his life leaves him as he breathes. and as always .. his thoughts keep him heavy minded and distracted, perhaps a bit too much — especially when he doesn’t see the patch of ice his feet stray upon in their own auto -pilot wandering. it’s a strange sensation when you feel you feel the ground beneath your feet shift into something else and jaehyun is disoriented as it is with the thoughts that run rampant through his head. he can’t help it; he slips, he falls, he closes his eyes and braces himself for impact —. but the landing is not as rough as it should be, there’s no blood pooling from cuts in his hands as they push out in a half -hearted but automatic attempt to save himself. instead, it’s something warm and confusion overtakes him for a moment ( just for a moment ) when jaehyun realizes that he fell into a person. oh. ” my apologies — …" the clearing of his throat almost clears his mind — almost. except now he’s wondering how much life will be exchanged between them in this chance encounter, how much of their breath will enter each other’s lungs. " i obviously wasn’t watching where i was going. are you hurt?”

"Going Home" by Tom Day
A year abroad spent studying in Japan has proved to be much longer than Kyungsoo had initially thought, but the time away from his home country turned out to be a breath of fresh air, allowing the now-adult to put some distance between the people he’d connected with priour to the trip. Some relationships just needed to be severed, no matter how desperately he wishes he could have held onto them. And in the end, both parties are better off with a little space—so he’s convinced himself.
As he takes his seat on the aeroplane, Kyungsoo fishes his cell phone from his pocket and begins to play a round of Tetris that he’s been saving and pausing for nearly six months now. The colourful blocks move quickly as ever, but the stimulation always proves beneficial to the boy’s mental well-being. It keeps him grounded. When a stranger takes the seat beside him, Kyungsoo’s first thought is 'Of course,' because what else does he expect when he’s flying straight out of Japan?
Wherever he goes, supernatural beings always tend to be somewhere near. He’s pretty sure it’s only because he’s so acutely trained to detect them, but sometimes he wishes he could go two minutes without having to run into one—literally, in some cases. This particular stranger is not one he’s met before, however, and Kyungsoo is more than certain that he doesn’t hail from any neighbouring countries. At least, spiritually. With a quick glance, the pale-skinned male realises that the other appears strikingly Korean, and though it’s none of his business he can’t help but wonder what sort of affairs he may have had in the island nation. It’s stifling, the air that surrounds the stranger, but with a few slow breaths, Kyungsoo manages to keep himself calm, holding his heart to a steady beat. Hopefully, he’ll make it through this two-hour trip without having to hurl his innards into a less-than-sanitary toilet bowl.
The boy takes a deep breath and returns to his game of Tetris, set on establishing a new high score.
"Summertime Sadness" by Lana Del Rey (Cedric Gervais remix)
Jaehyun is twenty-eight when he passes away due to complications of cancer. He would have been twenty-nine in one more week.
Kyungsoo is twenty-two when he attends the funeral, standing in the nicest suit he has, holding between both hands an umbrella that he’s sure is ready to fall apart next month. Glancing up from the urn in the glass compartment, he takes a count of the other attendants—one, two, three (if he counts himself).
One of them, he’d met when he first arrived at the venue, and the older male introduced himself as Jaehyun’s roommate. As they walked together down the rows and rows of glass compartments for everyone else’s urns (a majourity of which whom couldn’t afford proper burials), the taller man explained that the other person to attend the funeral of sorts was Jaehyun’s aunt. Kyungsoo never talked to his co-worker much even after working together for almost five years, so he doesn’t know much about the male’s personal life. He did know that he was supposed to die soon—that much he knew for sure. Death took his sweet time in taking his co-worker.
Aside from a few words from each attendant and the muffled sobs from Jaehyun’s aunt, the funeral is spent in contemplative silence. The roommate (whose name escapes Kyungsoo) regretfully takes his leave after half an hour, mentioning something about meeting patients at the clinic. Kyungsoo remains with his late co-worker’s aunt for the next hour, giving small nods and a few compulsory responses when necessary as he listens to her stories. He doesn’t feel like he’s in the right position to be hearing such personal information, especially from the last of Jaehyun’s closest living relatives, but he listens politely.
Kyungsoo stays behind even after Jaehyun’s aunt takes her leave, and he stands there in silence, wondering if perhaps he’d feel worse if he knew the man better. With a soft "I hope you’re well," the slight-framed male bows his head in respect and walks back out into the rain, umbrella overhead.
