i've been sick as a dog but congratulations on finishing arc 1 certi!!!!! that was quite the ending and i'm feeling quite the whirlwind of emotions after moon's *ahem* actions. sun swooping in to save the day and get our poor barteder back on his side was not what i was expecting, and i love how it wrapped up with the callback to the start of the story!! i'm so looking forward to the start of arc 2

im trying to be so normal over the new chapter but i cant stop rereading it aaaa i just love how flip-floppy Sun is with this whole situation and it really feels like he's manipulating the poor Bartender so that they doubt everything and will only trust him and just AUGH!! and then Eclipse coming in like "this seems like the perfect time to cause workplace drama" and then just OUTS the Bartender for kissing Moon and the immediate response from Sun oh lord props to them for getting out of there but now they're stuck in the elevator with Eclipse sfkjdklfjkfld i am SO excited for the next chapter honestly, kicking my feet and twirling my hair

He stared down at you, pale orbs dimming until they barely displayed any light at all. He was quick to replace the cloche over the food with a rather loud clatter. He moved to take up the tray in his hands once more and turned from you only briefly to cart everything back over to the bar. When he turned back to face you, his gaze was narrowed upon yours. He maintained eye contact with you as one hand left the tray and moved to open the cupboard where the trash can was hidden away. Then, very slowly and very deliberately, he dumped the entire contents of the tray into the trash, dishware and all, before promptly shoving the tray itself inside.

He made a motion of brushing his hands off and let the cupboard door slam back closed before returning to the table. His eyes finally left you as he snatched up the bottle of orange liqueur and turned away from you with a huff. He's such a jealous ass i love him so much. i'm absolutely obsessed with this little scene bc it's just?? so petty and unnecessary and he definitely did it just to irk the bartender and make them feel bad

Sun is the epitome of petty and jealous.

He's upset. He wanted to make a sweet little gesture for the bartender, a genuine one because he really does care about them and their well-being. He thought it would be so well received and they'd be so impressed... and then that just didn't happen.

And it would've been one thing if the bartender had gone downstairs and gotten food for theirself. He'd be a bit disappointed but he wouldn't have gotten upset. But to find out that Moon beat him to the punch? With fucking pancakes?

Petty mode engaged, he's upset and he's about to make it everyone else's problem.
