im guessing dipper's brief but awkward crushes made the gross trio pretty weird afterwards???

The Gross Trio has always had a weird vibe in it. Dipper isn’t even prepared for the social fallout that ensues after dropping the bomb that is his future crush on Wybie. How he missed Wybie and Norman’s awkward flirting for two entire years is beyond everyone. It was just an unspoken fact among the crew that WyNorm would happen, Dipper (and Mabel) somehow missed the memo.

unless it is a spoiler how does norman and wybie's first kiss go :>??? if it is a spolier, then what are the ways they each handle their crushes (like how do they act around each other)!!!

We haven't really planned the First Kiss out too much because it comes waaay later. But never fear, for we have TONS of things about how these two deal with being around each other while crushing! Because that's.... well, most of the story.

In general, they get along really well and like to hang out with each other. Norman thinks everything Wybie does is cool, even the weird/gross stuff- no, especially the weird/gross stuff. His side of the interactions are more like puppy love: following Wybie around, being really sweaty, trying to think of reasons to go talk him or get him to hang out ("Oh, shoot! I bought too much popcorn. Wanna come over and watch a movie?"). That sorta thing. 

Then you have Wybie, who's been aware of Norman for longer because of how infamous he is in Blithe Hollow. At first, his interest was more of an intellectual one, because the rumors about the "ghost boy" had piqued his curiosity. However, he didn't develop a true liking for Norman until Grandma Lovat dragged him to the Sowerswight 6th Grade Christmas play, where he watched Norman set off a disastrous chain of events that nearly burned down the auditorium. Wybie's crush is more casual, but he's also more forward about his intentions and consciously tries to do things that he thinks will wow Norman (like scaring off Alvin with his motorized bike and skull mask) or make him laugh (i.e. pretending to pick ghosts' noses).

Unfortunately, even though they both like each other, it takes a while for them to actually hook up, both because Wybie is being too subtle with his hints (which can be interpreted as friendliness most of the time) and because Norman is just too nervous and doubtful to realize that the person he likes is actively trying to flirt with him.
