We decided to stop by on top of the hill because I need to use the restroom. When we came out I realized the reason why we never stop on this part of Wyoming is due to a high wind of 70 mph. As I was about to pose the wind blew fast and cold so I had to hold tight on the Post. #restrooms #wyomingbound #windy #stretching (at Rest Area at Elk Mountain WY.)
