P90X Day 63 X Stretch/Update
Forgot to post my 'last daily P90X update' even though I am on day 82 today. I have had the flu for a few days but I haven't stopped P90X, also really happy with progress and the last Ab Ripper X...
This will be my last post until the final day just because I feel like I am saying the same thing every day. Also I can't wait until P90X is over...
P90X Day 56 X Stretch
End of phase 2 recovery week and completed the x stretch workout, which I really enjoy doing at the end of each week.
P90X Day 53 X Stretch
So glad to stretch today since my body is really sore since Core Synergistics and after I felt relaxed. I love recovery week…
P90X Day 49 X Stretch
End of week 7 finished off with the best stretching workout I have ever done. I feel the best after this workout really relaxed and just amazing. Really looking forward to recovery week…
P90X Day 42 X Stretch
OMG it's the end of week 6 nearly half way through. I find it really rewarding crossing my workouts off my calendar and I am really looking forward to the end. I LOVE LOVE LOVE stretching, I never though I would say that but I do and it's making me feel so much taller, being only 5ft 1in.
P90X Day 35 X Stretch
Weight: 8st 8lb
I can't believe it's the end of week 5. I really look forward to the end of the week just so I can do this workout. I really love how flexible I am getting.
P90X Day 28 X Stretch
Weight: 8st 5lb 1/2 (117.5 lbs)
I love this stretching workout and I have to say I have noticed such a HUGE difference from the first day doing this. I would most definitely include this is in my routine once the 90 days are over. I am so pleased I managed to kind of do 'the plough' like half way and to look back at my first attempt when I couldn't even do it.
P90X Day 25 X Stretch
Weight: 8st 6lb
Just finished X Stretch and I have though about it and the best way to describe the feeling afterwards is the same feeling after a full body massage and you just want to lay there for the rest of the day.
