[ I get so annoyed when people try to shit on Hugo Weaving as Red Skull. He didn’t do a bad job, his portrayal was amazing (The voice, the accent, the mannerisms, all really fabulous and honestly I do hope he finds it in him to come back, even though hes said he’s not all that interested.) and was just as good as every other actor in the films but honest to god, people act like its Hugo’s fault that the script didn’t have a great deal of him in it. Like, lets face it, Captain America: The First Avenger could've been a lot better, it lacked a lot of oomf and in the LONG awaited face off between Cap and Skull was so anticlimactic because it was cut short by the tesseract and left a lot of people going wtf.  It’s not Hugos fault, he did fabulous job with what he was given but if I have anything negative to say about the film its that I PERSONALLY think (And I swear I’m not trying to be bias here) there should've been more Skull. He only gets a few scenes and the rest of the movie is cap dickin around. They didn’t even go all out on the HYDRA scenes IMO (It left a lot to be filled in by the PRELUDE OF THE PRELUDE comic and also the game.) but thats honestly what I saw The firs Captain America as. Just more of a quick prelude to the Avengers + other marvel films so its never worried me.  But when people say Hugo did a bad job. DID WE EVEN WATCH THE SAME MOVIE? Don't shit on Hugo. Hugo did a great job. ]
