I’m just giving the TLDR its own post.

If you are creating an image description and don’t know the gender of the people you are describing, do not refer to them as female/feminine or male/masculine presenting. That’s the same thing as assuming their gender and calling them a woman or a man. Just describe the facts: what they are wearing, their expression, what they’re doing, ect.
