The 15 minute weight workout for all - X3 Bar Elite versus Amazon Combo
Research and practical use studies have shown that a 15 minute workout per day is all you may need. As a high school coach for field hockey, track and lacrosse I have seen how stretch band workouts can be effective within a couple of weeks.
I have used the Cross Over Symmetry system for years as a method of injury prevention and warmup. Recently I used the same bands to train weight throwing athletes during the Winter Track to mimic their throwing form as a workout. The positive results were so obvious that I then moved my own workouts in the direction of only working with bands.
What stands out with band workouts is the ability to push your muscles to complete exhaustion with each exercise. Muscle exhaustion releases hormones that not only build muscle but burn more fat as well. These exercises also engage your core like none other. I do 4 exercises each day after a short warm up with one day of rest at the end of the week.
Band exercises also reduce strain on your body and joints. My workouts resulted in muscle and strength building almost immediately.

Amazon - Under $200 - We were able to put together a close second system on Amazon. We added a solid wood board for under your feet to make this complete. This system includes an exercise bar, the stretch bands and two heavy duty carabiners. We replaced the clips the came with the bar with the much stronger carabiners.
