Xenoblade 2 Definitive Edition is a weird thing to speculate on because the game is easily accessible on the Switch 2 such that rereleasing it again would be kind of a waste, and possibly even A Bad Look, especially for $70.
So then you go "ok what about a Switch 2 upgrade" and that's more realistic but what people want out of a Xenoblade 2 Switch 2 Edition is typically more than an upgrade. Like it's either "make it run 4k 60 fps for $5"(realistic, but boring) or "Overhaul the gatcha system, redo the voice sync in English, redo some of the story, pre-package TTGC, and add a 25 hour epilogue story about Rex marrying Pyra/Mythra/Nia and having kids and that explains how he became an big chungus epic Chad in-between games"
