Kate knew she was in trouble. Clint had told her to sit out all of her future missions, but she hadn’t listened. Clint got her out of trouble, but not before her arms, chest and face had gotten a few scratches, cuts and bruises. She jumped when the door opened, he’d finished his debriefing, and she knew she was going to get it.
