Welp, I just beat XCOM: Enemy Within on Classic. Took plenty of save-scumming and looking up a few guides, but I did it and earned six Steam achievements while I was at it! The first few months are brutally difficult but it got more do-able eventually, I had to learn a lot that I probably didn't know on my first run a few years ago on Normal.
Maybe I'll try Ironman and some Second Wave options now.
If anyone’s interested in seeing sick and tired me playing XCOM: Enemy Within, it looks like I’ll be able to stream it tonight. That is, assuming Liz doesn’t decide it’s fun to interfere.
To prevent that, I plan to start the stream at 8PM Warsaw time (that’s 11AM PST, 8AM NZDT, 7PM GMT). I might do a smaller stream earlier, to work out some technical kinks.
