stories of 17/18: cross-country skiing ➟ krista pärmäkoski (fin) Krista became the first Finnish woman to win at least three World Cup races in one season since Virpi Kuitunen won six in 2008/09. Her victory in Planica became her first victory in the 10 km classic event after 6 podiums. At Olympics she won two Bronze and one Silver individual medals. She finished the season on the 4th place of both Overall and Distance standings, she was also the 4th in Tour de Ski, but she proved many times again, that she is not only the best Finnish xc skier, but one of the best xc skiers of the world.
