Hey gorgeous! I think what's up with your computer could be hard drive failiure. The stupidest things can cause it {I dropped mine on a damn pillow and it happened wtf} but if it's booting in safe mode, it might be something else.

//yeah, I've considered that a possibility. I named him Sherlock because he liked to jump off the couch when no one was watching him. we're getting a disk to work on him and figure out if it's software or hardware issue. if it's a software issue the disk should be able to fix him. if it's hardware though which I think it may be then I'm screwed :/
