As the #XFSummer2019 Exchange starts winding down/we wait for the last few stories to come in, I just wanted to do a lil shameless self promotion and intro to the new people who joined us! My name's Nicole and I run the exchanges, you can follow me on my main account @gaycrouton
For the exchanges, I alternate months so they're either a sign-up month (odds) or an exchange month (evens), and I usually try to give people a minimum of six weeks to write a story. If you're interested in participating in the next one, keep an eye on this page because I'll be announcing it next week and posting the sign up document (hint: it'll have a twist).
On this page I also do author and reader appreciations because I think it's important to recognize and support the individuals who keep the X-Files community alive.
With that being said, if you ever have any ideas on things I can do on this page to make it a better one-stop reference/celebration page for fanfiction, I would love it if you sent me a DM! I'm working on making a mastersite using the Tumblr account, it's just taking me a long time because, as I mentioned - it's only me, and it's honestly very time consuming and boring lol, but one day.
I'm honestly here for anything fanfic related you guys need! If you ever want me to tweet out your work, help you find a beta for your fic, help find a fic, just let me know! This page is by a fan FOR FANS.
