We had one of our first trainees, Sam, give Joe an hour of training on production basics (with our supervision). Today he put all his newly acquired skills to use.
We LOVE to see this kind of growth! Neither Callie or I taught Joseph a thing. He is already one generation of teaching removed from the source of the this new knowledge. Self-perpetuating training is crucial to an organizations sustainable growth. BONGA!
