Heylin Amongst Xiaolin Artists

Fellow Xiaolin SHowdown/Chronciles fans, dedicated artists, writers and everyone in the Xiaolin Fandom! I come before you today because there is a HEYLIN AMONGST US! THIS Heylin has been using his/her powers to copy, steal and/or pass off others' artwork as their own by saying that he/she "made it before they did"-BUT IT IS THE OTHER WAY AROUND! For the artists' who made their artwork made it WAY BEFORE she/he created the "pieces" and try to say that it was her/his work.

The thief who made the one in 2018 accused my best friend of "stealing it"-But it's the other way around. The thief is the one who STOLE Reiki's comic idea for his/her own "originality".

I also heard around from Chaos that other artists' were dealing with this thief taking their artwork, copying it and passing it off as their own without creditting or even mentioning them.

She's/he's been posting her "original artwork" on facebook, yet when it was found out it was plagirism, she was kicked out for her/his actions.

We can't let this thief keep taking original pieces and passing them off as his/her own. Please spread this journal around, decide on what you have read and do your investigations and check to ensure your own artwork isn't being copied by this "art thief".

Happy 15th Anniversary Xiaolin Showdown! :D

Happy 15th anniversary Xiaolin Showdown! Today is Nov 1st (Well also I posted this journal 2 mins before it was Nov 2nd-but still counts)-the anniversary of Xiaolin Showdown that aired back in 2003 as it now turns 15 today! On this day we celebrate Christy Hui for bringing us an incredible and awesome show! It was because of her creativity, her imagination, perhaps even her share of life experiences placed into a fantasy setting along with the characters and the adventures that brought about an incredible world full of such mythology, magic, ying and yang-It also combines BOTH Japanese animation AND AMERICAN Animation (I even did a special paragraph or two in my anime vs american cartoons essay long ago). The storyline, the characters, the show, the artwork even how it lasted 3 seasons and had merchandise here and there, I'm not surprised it didn't get an Art of Book or even an animated movie! Because those would totally be awesome! Xiaolin SHowdown has brought together a great fandom that has become a beautiful and glorious community across the Digital World-especially on here on Deviantart with incredible artists (Especially my BFF XSReiki772), storytellers, cosplayers and all the like in our fandom. Were not just fellow fans, but were like a family and fellow Xiaolin Warriors who in their own way protect the world and make it a more majestic place with our talents, elements and our dreams that we keep our eyes on like the very stars in the night sky that shine so bright. It was because of this show that my life changed forever when Destiny's Thread led me to Reiki that fateful day when I asked her if she wanted to role play Xiaolin SHowdown with me, but what I didn't know was that our game changed our lives and an awesome friendship was born over the years: From role play partners, to friends and to BFFs/Soul Sisters. We loved coming up with incredible stories, creating our own characters into the mix-even giving Jack Spicer a love interest that changed him for the better-WHILE still being the Jack we know and love. It's been almost 7-8 years now (counting next year) that me and Reiki met and our friendship is going strong. If it wasn't for Xiaolin SHowdown or Christy Hui, I wouldn't have found such an incredible treasure like Reiki-she's the greatest friend I could ever ask her. Speaking of Christy Hui, I know nobody has heard a word from her as of late from any of her social medias-But I'm sure one day she'll come back to us or we'll try to reach out to her somehow. Until then we as the Xiaolin Community will keep the spirit of Xiaolin alive for our fandom is a powerful flame that'll never be distinguished for as long as we have one another, as long as we hold our dreams in our hearts, as long as we remember and honor a rare treasure as this show-The fandom will live on for many years to come for we will pass down this incredible show to new little warriors and to their young ones and so forth. May the Xiaolin Spirit always be with us Dragonites. So does anyone out there have any stories about how Xiaolin SHowdown came into their lives and how it changed/helped them somehow?
