In the dark of the night, the sudden faint glow could be seen from a small distance. It pulsed for a few moments, and then a bright flash of white came. A faint shattering sound echoed in the night as all traces of the light vanished.
And then there was a crashing sound as a form fell from the cliff.
He laid there at first, a little dizzy from the fall and from the breath that was stolen from him; but Crown Clown gave a sense of wariness, and his left eye itched with a faint warning.
Allen pushed himself up on his knees, staying crouched for a few seconds, the warmth of Crown Clown helping his body to stay alert. He felt tired, something in his mind told him this Ark’s Gate had felt different, but he would think about this later.
Two presences entered his senses suddenly, Crown Clown hissing at the dark, powerful presence that lingered somewhere not too far, and...
His gaze snapped upward, frame stiff as he registed how close the second presence was, and how long had they been here? Thankfully, the dizziness had left, and his cursed eye let him see better in the night.
Allen blinked, quick to assess, a golden robed youth, and Crown Clown slightly curious, giving him the sensation of something light, unknowingly making his eyes flicker to the sword for a brief moment.
But the other was human, so Allen forced his body to relax, his expression to soften and a sheepish smile to form, his eyes still a little guarded but not hostile. “... Hi?”
