Huaiyan appreciation!

A little old man! For me! What a treat. He is a male character I really like. Huaiyan design is really great especially for an npc where they usually just use cookie cutter templates, he’s just a cute little old man. He reminds me a lot of madame ping, another fan favorite. Not only that but lore wise him being Blade’s former teacher and Yunli’s grandpa is cute (but also I’m just a sucker for the family relationship in this game it’s really fun to explore and see)

I don’t know what came over me but I reread Hey Handsome for fun and dang, do I miss these fools. I’m probably the only one who remembers them but I truly o cherish Roy and Haru. Don’t worry they aren’t lost to to time and I do plan on drawing them soon plus rework them a bit. I think it’s because I was listening to their song “so this is love” From Cinderella and got nostalgic.

I never watch the show, but why did Mr. Birchum made the Chinese businessman super hot? Like hello? Sir???? Please give me a chance

I started playing my carnival bliss and it’s super pretty! The only thing personal problem I have is that I cant kiss the boys cause the boys are gay and I’m not (cishet woman). But I’m glad Eiden gets to so that’s a plus for pride month lol.

Initial thoughts on Wuthering Waves:

First, it’s not bad it’s look nice and plays fine. However one thing I do not like is that the joystick never seems to listen to me! I think my finger is just fat but every time I try going forward it accidentally go the wrong way. This is my issue on the phone, so I tried on my pc but that had a bad lag so I’m stuck with controls that I can’t get use to.

Second: I feel like the story is a bit more serious in terms of tone compared to Genshin. Like end of the first act ends with a story of a young girl being killed in a sacrifice which also happened in Genshin but like took until the Inazuma update. Also it might be due to the setting being in a more grayscale environment compared to Teyvat bright scenes.

Third the characters are very pretty. That’s all. These are my current 5 stars btw.

Lingyang is my boy, Jiyan is if Xiao and Dan Heng had a baby, and Scar is the joker (babay!)

I’ll keep playing it but I think the only thing deterring me is the controls especially on mobile which is a shame. Like mobile controls are always wonky but WuWa controls are too sensitive where if I even place my finger in a weird way, I’ll go in a complete different direction which sucks. Hopefully I either get better at that or the studio makes it easier for dumb dumb like myself.
