that’s so true, it makes me so worried, because sometimes I’m in situations where somebody is saying something that is really wrong and I want to confront them about it but I just /know/ I’m going to cry, so I don’t confront them even though I SHOULD

I even cry when I argue with my parents which is ridiculous because well they are my parents but how would I do it with like older people I don't know? like in a job to defend my standpoint you know? it is super frightening... I never encounter those problems in school but if I had to discuss something there it never mattered to me anyway also I thought I knew better than 95% of the people in my year anyways (ssshh don't judge I disliked those 95%) but now if it matters to me? I will be a crying mess

YEAH EXACTLY but oh man, I wish there was some way to make it stop but I really don’t think there is? it sucks so much :(
