For Andie/Rem: A friend of mine goes by two names, though they're not related to how they're feeling gender wise necessarily. What they've asked us to do is just interchange the names, so some sentences we call them {name 1} and others we call them {name 2}. It takes a little while to ease into, but everyone's fine with it and there's no confusion because everyone knows that both these names refer to that person.
