Anyone attending Fairytales 5 in Paris want to buy a CS duo, Jen autograph, photo or meet & greet? I'm no longer attending & Xivents are trash, refusing to refund those of us who bought Jen extras, following her cancellation. They're now essentially shifting the responsibility onto us to try and resell our extras, otherwise we lose our money. (Not happening, I'll begin legal proceedings without hesitation if they attempt to strong arm me into losing all of my money. They're in breach of consumer rights laws already & this is just making it so much worse). Please contact me asap if you wish to buy the credit for any of the abovementioned extras. (I'll be honestly surprised if anyone does, considering so many are now in a mad dash trying to fight for some of their money back by reselling). Utterly appalled.
