"I--Oh gosh, I'm so sorry, Dr. Lecter. I wasn't trying to be rude--it just looks like a piece of art on a plate. I must have spaced out. Alright," she paused, fork in hand as she then slid the prongs through a portion of a pinkish meat. Inspecting it momentarily, she smiled over at the man before taking a bite. Nodding in approval of the taste, she placed her fork down, swallowing the morsel before daring to open her mouth.

"That was--wow! What did you call this dish again?"
