location: helios cabin
Corey wasn't a fan of ghosts. He'd learned as much after spending a night in a graveyard with Kieran last month. The sense of being haunted by the past made Corinth's skin crawl. Coming all the way here, giving his full self, only to have the ghosts arrive seemed entirely unfair. He left home for a reason.
But Link was... different, Cor reflected while turning to settle his back flush atop the sheets. The camp was so dreary lately as was the company. Company Corinth depended on for distraction, attention, and validation. From pale boys of darkness who lived in secrecy and adored their own angst. That was why Link was different. A ghost, yes, but deceptively more angelic with that sun-kissed skin and ready smile. Manipulative, but dashing and bold. Just like Corey could be.
These many reflections would go unmentioned, but there was no denying how gratified Cor felt after fucking Lincoln. Shit. He cursed himself in spite for going through with it again.
"Tell me... why did you accept the song?" Corey muttered, brown eyes pointed at the ceiling during the moment of consideration. "What about... hm..."
He hesitated to mention the kids.

So much had changed while he was gone. Some demis had left and others had arrived. Cabins that were once full of life now sat empty and ones that were empty for so long were now occupied. All of it hurt Kit's head but he still followed that curious voice inside his head and went to explore. Staring up at the Nike cabin, Kit had his head cocked to the side trying to remember the last time anyone lived here. Was there really a child of Nike now roaming around the camp? Letting that curosity contorl him he took a step towards the front door but paused when he caught the sight of someone. "Oh...do you know who lives here?" His voice was still a bit rough from the lack of use. "I can't remember the last time someone lived here..."
